Stove came assembly. Easy cleaning and operation. Love the middle burner, use it for pancakes.
bigsspender53 –
I got a great deal on the stove. Everything is good except that the top bracket does not appear to be stainless so it was scratched and now my only option is touch up paint so that is why it only got 4 stars.

OMG! After the remodel we’re back n the itches, again. This range is amazing. Haven’t used the convection, yet but looking forward to it. Need the silicone cover because I don’t want it to get like the last one. Quote narley upon its death. Different brand but I want to protect this one.
RayH –
I love the stove but after only four months the small back burner doesn’t want to light.
Pincrazed –
Wonderful Range, works great! Highly Recommend! BB Rocks!
linsey –
The switches on top are not a good idea. Hard work for cleaning up.
AvTech –
I had no problems with this kitchen since it was installed by Best Buy everything it have been working good!
SyedB –
Good range but I haven’t noticed anything that justifies it’s MSRP… Also, the stovetop gets dirty really easily. The oven door drops all the way down and doesn’t have any latches so it can stay open a quarter of the way or halfway (I’ve had that with both of my old ones).
janan –
oven control panel broke in 18 months and cant bake anymore. I dont use oven very often, may be weekly once i would bake. waste of money.
Lori –
Very pleased. Stove looks great! Knobs do seem cheap. Will have to be careful to not spill items as aqua lift idea seems iffy.
Kate –
Fantastic! My first convection oven and I love it. Quick heating, crisps foods perfectly. Very happy
Garil –
I really like this stove the oven has different cooking levels and an extra grill to have the possibility of putting more dishes to cook at the same time it is effective as well as the size and distribution of the outdoor grills I like the whirlpool brand for the variety options in home appliances.
CyndySue –
Love my new oven/range. It’s really great looking and easy to work with. Cleans up well, too. Bottom pull out drawer is a little ‘lighter’ in quality than I would have hoped for. Workable though.
extremeXL –
What better item to learn how to boil water on.
Mac n Cheese ….Look out.
Yoli –
Modern looking stove. Overall good quality on cooking, especially the oven. However, it is hard to clean and have have noticed that certain cleaners leave streaks.
Lonnie –
This range cooks as expected, looks great, and is very roomy.
Delly –
We love this oven. It preheats rapidly and the stove top burner sizes are great and very strong. It also looks great and is easy to clean so far!
Floydtyler –
only had this range a short period but so far we LOVE it. Delivery was great and did the installation myself. Everything seems to be working great. Still trying to figure out all the extra settings on the oven. We have used the convection oven for many different things. Not sure it cuts down on the cooking times but for sure uses less heat. Meatloaf turned out so moist! Did fries another time and they were crisp on the outside and nice and soft on the inside! Love the stove top easy to clean with the lift up grates. Burners do run hot so need to cook on lower settings but not a problem so far. We have an iron griddle that we use in the middle burner and we love it. There is sooo much more room on top makes cooking multiple things so much eaiser!
Lurr –
Love the sleek look of this oven and all of the many features!
Broulsu –
Great stove. The installer did a great job with the install. No issues

After owning this gas range for 4 months it all of the sudden displayed a ‘call service ‘ error code due to a shorted or stuck key on the touch screen display. We troubleshooted and no luck. We called Geek Squad because we purchased a 3 yr protection plan, and Geek Squad stated that Whirlpool would be the ones to call because it’s under the Manufacturer warranty for 1 year. Frustrating that your whole 1st year of Geek Squad is a complete waste of money because it runs concurrently with the Manufacturer warranty. Called Whirlpool and after weeks, they were able to schedule a repair company to come look at it. There is ONE repair company who is authorized to service our appliance, which by the way is about 100 miles away from where we live. The technician comes and takes a look at it, states he needs to order the parts and make another appointment to come back. That appointment gets canceled because no parts have come in yet. I’ve called to get an update because nobody ever calls me like they say they are going to, and nobody has any answers. The oven will not work due to the error code so we have been without one for 2 months (and counting) out of the 6 months we’ve owned it. I called Best Buy again and expressed my frustration and asked for a corporate phone number or email address and was told they did away with that department a few years ago and to reach out on social media. What in the world?! Whirolool has 80 minute wait times when you call them so we have not been able to speak to them. Their corporate email address is not valid either. Our hands are tied on this and now we will be looking into a more formal method of taking action against Best Buy and Whirpool. These are both very large retailers who can more than afford to replace our faulty range that is brand new. There is no excuse as to why we have not gotten taken care of. We have spent thousands of dollars at Best Buy over the years and this is what we get. Not to mention while we have our kids stuck at home 24/7 due to COVID and can’t use our oven. An absolute joke. When it was working it was supwe easy to use and beautiful.
I wish I would have spent our money at another retailer, and I suggest you do the same.

The self cleaning oven doesn’t work technician told me that I had to buy spray oven cleaner like we used 40 years ago. I paid 1000.00 more to get this Aqua cleaning feature that I have to clean the old fashion way at 77 years old its not easy!
Whirlpool –
The product is clean and organized with a ton of space for baking in the oven.
DoWhatIDo904 –
Great range that gets the job done. Install was simple.
Unhappy –
I have owned this stove for 9 months ….although I love the stove my biggest complaint is cleaning the oven…the aqua clean process is poor and the cleaning kit that comes with the stove is useless….I cook and bake a lot and with every use [both range top and oven] needs cleaning…we called whirlpool and they said they would send another type of cleaning kit…that was 3 weeks ago and no kit….hint for top cleaning that our cleaning lady does is just a cloth with hot water…removes the grease etc but the oven is a different story…very frustrating and you cant’t use oven cleaner..very disappointed!!!! thanks
pockynon –
Everything I have baked has been underdone or overdone. Under done by at least 20 minutes. This was $1899 plus delivery. It did not even come with a broiler pan and the simmer burner still cooks way too high. It is impossible to clean the stove top even with a special cleaner that I ordered from Whirlpool. We chose this range as all the other ranges that we looked at were on back order. Sooo disappointing.
Golden –
Just what my wife wanted. Perfect for our kitchen and cooking needs. Good quality and solidly put together.
JustDawn –
It’s amazingly awesome! The best range I’ve ever had!
BgofMd –
I have several whirlpool appliances in my home that are exceptional. However the stove range knows are not good quality. 2 out of 5 need to be replaced in less than 2 years. Very disappointed.
Carrie –
Well satisfied with the stove and the delivery man that installed it
Disappointed –
I have bought whirlpool products for the past 20 years, without any challenges, however I just bought a set of whirlpool products including this stove and unfortunately based on my experience, I will no longer neither buy or recommend this brand again, based on the customer support and the quality of the product.
Although this stove looks great and I would say in the most part works great, the plastic knobs keep braking due to overheating from the stovetop and the oven. Even though this is not a huge issue the time consumption to get a single knob is preposterous and the fact the they refuse to send you a set knowing that I have to probably call them back next month for another replacement is even more ridiculous. I waited for this review so that I can actually figure out how this stove worked and I am glad I did, further I do not believe a warranty should be paid to replace plastic knobs, really?
Marin –
You know if you get this stove. It will make your kitchen look like you cooking at a high end restaurant. Best decisión I’ve made and I just love cooking and wipe excess oil drip anything to avoid it get dirty. I got the matching microwave. By kitchen is slowing coming together. Husband is a handyman so I’m get him to paint cabinets. Upgrade
Artteacher –
Cant wait to bake!! Too HOT in Texas right now, but this baby is beautiful. The delivery drivers were excellent!
Nanabz –
Beautiful oven. Heats up fast. Great product. Look forward to baking.

Whirlpool will not stand behind their product, especially if they deem it only cosmetic. We spent over $2000 and a month later found a half dollar sized blemish in the clear coat of the stove top. Went to best buy then whirlpool to local repair to then be told that since it was cosmetic whirlpool would do nothing.
Leezcheez –
I would love to leave a review about how this purchase has improved our lives but I have to admit that we are waiting for it to be installed in a new kitchen. Supply issues have left our kitchen remodel slow so we have not yet used the range.
Disappointed –
We purchased this stove and at first we loved it. Unfortunately we didn’t read the fine print in the book telling us that you cannot wash the knobs in the sink. There is a small metal piece inside the knob that gets dislodged if it is washed. Now the handles will not stay on correctly. I called Whirlpool and was told that it would cost me $50 to replace each knob. I have two that need to be replaced. That’s $100 on top of the price of a very expensive stove. Next time I’ll go GE.
Scubafied1 –
This was a great purchase and exactly what we were looking for.
TADA –
I couldn’t ask for a better deal on any similar product.
Whirlpool –
Got to my house and the burner caps missing and store would not replace
Bobby –
I love this range so easy to use and easy to clean up
Icook –
Stove top runs way too hot. Oven does not cook evenly. Had the repairman out a year ago and replaced the fan and motherboard. Still does not function properly. Absolutely the worst appliance purchase yet and I also owned one of the notable Samsung refrigerators. I thought that whirlpool was a good product but not this range!
Aquaclean –
The Aqua clean feature is useless. It does nothing for the side walls. They basically tell you to get out something to scrub with just like 50 years ago I do not recommend.

I purchased this oven for a kitchen renovation I did in 2021. After less than a year of use, I have the following issues with the oven:
1. The stovetop not only is hard to clean, but the finishes under the burners have already started to wear away.
2. Aqualift is a joke, and doesn’t actually clean your oven. (google it other people have said the same thing).
3. The knobs have grommets which have become dislodged.
4. My center burner no longer stays lit (all around).
5. When I contacted Whirlpool for warranty service they pointed out that my date of receipt has passed, and I am no longer under the warranty period.
I told them that this oven was backordered. I pointed out that it was impossible that the oven could have been in my possession for over a year, as its manufacture date was within 9 months of today.
I checked the warranty and it does state that the warranty starts at the date of receipt, so they technically aren’t wrong.
I’d recommend avoiding this manufacturer (and all of their other brands). The nostalgia of having an American made product doesn’t make me feel better when I have to use this crap every day.
Whirlpool –
Bought this range because it is stylish, fit in well with our kitchen remodel and is made in USA! Bad move! 4 months short of 4 years old and it already needs a repair! Reading F8E0 Error code, googled it and common problem! Cooling fan motor! One repairman said he’s replaced 50 of them!! Unbelievable! We bought all Whirlpool appliances. Hope we won’t regret it with Fridge, dishwasher and microwave! We expected better reliability! Make your own decision! Don’t know if we’d make this purchase again!!
Loveit –
I love my new range! Its easy to use and looks great in my kitchen
BestBuyRefrigerator –
Love the slide in stove. Perfect 5 burner stove, sleek design polished surface.
ohovannesian –
This was a great range purchase to convert from electric to gas in my new kitchen
JorgeT –
The Whirlpool 5.8 Cu. Ft. is big and easy to clean and has been an excellent purchase for my home.
Frank –
So disappointed with this stove. Bought a whole matching set of Whirlpool kitchen appliances maybe three years ago. Our current range was still perfectly fine, so the stove was kept in climate controlled and dry garage until needed. It was installed recently and worked fine. First disappointment was how loud the vent fan in it was. Very annoying and would run even after oven was shut down until oven was cool. Whatever. But then one day the whole control panel was dead! Used it maybe six times prior to its failure. Oven is currently inoperable and out of warranty even though it’s barely been used. Of course, Whirlpool doesn’t make service manuals available to public for it, and I don’t know how to determine if it’s the control panel or circuit board. They’re both around 300 each. Basically a brand new stove and I’m going to be out several hundred dollars minimum to get it working again. What a joke. Why does an oven need so many circuit boards in the first place?! Ovens used to be so simple and would last decades. I got a couple weeks out of this *very expensive* oven. Absolutely fuming right now.
