Push buttons are easy to use. Burners heat up fast. Love the profile. The outside casing seems a little flimsy as well as the bottom drawer. Could be a little sturdier.

This oven was brand new with our house when we bought it just over 2 years ago.
The glass top is not easy to clean, any spills require some serious elbow grease and a good glass cooktop cleaner.
The black trim around the front control panel scratches like crazy, looks terrible.
Finally, I turned the oven on to begin preheating for Thanksgiving dinner … About 10mins in I started to smell electrical burning. I checked the oven and the control panel was out — burned out and dead on thanksgiving day and only 2 years old. I was so furious, this piece of garbage is now sitting at the end of my driveway.

Don’t buy this if you expect a traditional slide in oven. This oven does not have the flanges on the side that will cover the countertop, leaving a gap between the side of the stove top and countertop. Pretty disappointed this is mentioned nowhere in the description.

Only major issue I have with this is the pre heat takes FOREVER. Also the fingerprints on the touch screen are annoying. They are there anytime you use it.

This was purchased on sale at an amazing discount price. It is replacing a 24 yr old Magic Chef that still worked and in great shape for it’s age. I will note the quality of most appliances have gone down in construction. So far, I like the speed at which the burners heat up. The display is high tech digital and easy to use. It has 4 burners with 2 adjustable to 2 sizes. The only drawback I see is the touch panel is a soft plastic which I see as a problem in the future.

I don’t use the oven, but I like it the front electronic panel. So far, I only use the two burners in front, each can set according to your pan sizes. The glass top range requires lots of cleaning after cooking, I guess this is normal for glass top. A minor inconvenience is when you turn on the burner, it will be either power level 1 or 10, would be nice if it goes to the previous setting.

We bought this as an open item to complete our kitchen renovation, and it has done exactly what we wanted it to do. I love having the controls up front so the kitchen backsplash is shown fully. As for the stove and oven functions, I don’t see much of a difference between this range and the Whirlpool range it replaced. I’m only doing slide in ranges from now on!

Nice stove. I love that it’s push button and I don’t have dirty knobs to clean. I wish it had side gap fillers like my last backless stove. It slides in nice, but has a small gap between stove and counters that allows for crumbs/spills.

I don’t like this because I hate the black ceramic top. It very quickly after using becomes used looking and you can never get it back again. It’s not easy to clean. And not easy to wipe off as there is a little ledge between the burner and the controls that crumbs etc., get caught in.
I also found that when you turn the heat down you must move the pot from the heat source because it takes it a bit to cool down.
I’m selling mine and buying a gas range.

Range is not even two years old and it is already broken. The oven is useless, you can preheat it, try to bake something and temperature drops a lot. More than 50 degrees. And it still shows the temp you set on display. I’m really disappointed because I spend so much money on an oven and we can really use it. I Would call customer service how’re last time I was on hold for over an hour.

This was as good as I expected it to be. It is a perfect match of for our Whirlpool fridge and GE dishwasher.
The controls are intuitive and the window is awesomely huge! The drawer feels strong and the door durable. We really enjoy the slide-in look, too.
Complaints? This does not have a convection feature due to the slide-in design and the timer buzzer is pretty meek for a device of this size.

Horrible, lemon!!!! Have been having problems with this oven since the beginning. Control board replaced by Whirlpool service tech while under 1 yr factory warranty. Been having problems since with Best Buy under extended 5 year warranty! DO NOT BUY THIS OVEN!!!!!!

We started having trouble with it after the limited warranty expired. It started to display an error code on the control panel, it beeps randomly, the oven light comes on all by itself and the cancel button does not work. Scariest of all…..yesterday the oven came on by itself and there were no preheat/oven temps showing on the screen. Jessica said it smelled like something was burning and I checked the stove. Sure enough the oven had been on for a while because it was really hot and the cancel button did not work. I started pressing down on it with the end of a knife to force it to engage. I left the oven door open to let it cool down and then proceeded to unplug it from the wall. I ordered a new control panel which Reuben is going to try and install and I hope that works because not only was the stove pricey but it could have burned my house down had nobody been home. Needless to say, I regret buying this stove.

I purchased this item 12/2021. It’s now 10/2023 and the circuit board went out. That cost alone is nearly the price of a new stove/oven. Prior to that going out, I had to purchase a couple thermometers for inside because the temps were off. If I heated the unit up to 350 it would actually heat to about 400. I would have to set the stove to 325 for it to read 350 on my 2 thermometers inside.

I purchased this oven in late 2019 had issues from the start. The panel is not made of the same material as the stove top and the paint started to chip away fairly early on. I now have charring on the backsplash behind the stove due to an issue with the vent system and the panel makes the stove look over 10 years old. To prevent further damage to the backsplash, I’ve not used the oven in at least 8 months. I have resorted to cooking everything that goes in the oven in an air fryer. I did/do not want to suffer through the indignity of a warranty claim. The techs at Best Buy are not well versed in repairing anything, really. Any time there is an issue, I try to just deal with it because, either there is an issue with Best Buy scheduling, understanding the problem, or they’ll send out a 19 year old alone who doesn’t know anything. This stove has been among the most disappointing purchases I’ve made from Best Buy. I purchased all Whirlpool appliances, but will soon try another brand.
