Mastercraft –
Always owned Whirlpool. I like the way they’ve always been very dependable
Attthefarm –
User friendly machine, the buttons are self explanatory. I did need to get out the book for the Load and Go feature. It is a container that holds many ounces of detergent. Fill it up and you are good to go for many loads of laundry. Now I can use those big detergent bottles easily. The only feature not on this that my previous Whirlpool had is “handwash”.
Vivi –
It is a good washer machine. It has a good capacity for clothes and it has a feature to clean the washer.
Momma –
Very loud when spinning and making a whistling sound when in the spin cycle. The automatic dispenser of the detergent is awesome because you don’t have to put detergent for every load.
bbestbuyerb –
I really love this washer. It is an upgrade to a Whirlpool Duet purchased several years ago. I enjoy the various settings. Clothes are clean and seemingly takes less time to wash.
Hersheybug –
Within 5 days water valve went out. If you push the wrong button your screwed and have to unplug to reset. Designers need to be fired
Steve –
As good as expected from a Whirlpool washer. Does the job, silent, and has several features that make this repetitive task easier to handle
Scott –
Excellent machine. Easy to use, easy to clean and does an excellent job cleaning clothes in a very efficient manner
MikeT –
The machine works really well. Lots of options to select from. I wish Whirlpool actually described what each selection does.
Peanut –
Bought open box never used but missing alot of the componets
SAMV –
Very loud! No instruction manual came with it. Small capacity for a 4.5 washer compared to my Samsung. Washloads are almost 2 hours long which is ridiculous.
Ryan –
Bought an open box, appeared to be a return, washer leaked from under the front
AVLbuyer –
Wanted to love this machine but it continues to have issues. Load-and-Go Feature did not work from day 1 and it took 6 weeks to get service out to fix it. Now 6 months later feature has again stopped working and the digital display is having issues as well. Again the wait for a service provider call is 6 weeks from whirlpool.
LesC –
Works beautifully and sips water. Plenty of options for different materials.
dumbo –
Great, clean and efficient. Washing amd extracting works grwat, don’t need another wah to get a best result also extracts water well, helps out the drying time. The only problem is banging sound.
ChristianG –
Efficient and quiet. Cleans clothes as expected and so far easy to maintain.
GloriaColonialBeachVa –
Efficiency and quality product, ease even as the technology changes
Bryan –
Was getting a low water error message. May have an issue with the unit.
Rita –
Original Purchase Date 3/30/22. I did not get the washing machine until 4/12/22 due to numerous errors with scheduling. The washing machine is Great, l Love it.
Brian –
Maytag has always been a reputable company but the washer when in spin cycle vibrates so much that the compartment that holds the bleach comes out and leaves water on the floor.
Danny –
Good washer machine. Quiet, strong, save water and electricity.
Eldog –
Nice Washer from one of the most dependable companies in washer & dryers. Easy to operate and is quiet as well.
Lillie –
Great size loads I preferred not to stack. Washes clothes great love it
Whirlpool –
Very good, cleans well. Wish I could have stackable
Anonymous –
So far so good. Works well. Installation did not take long and it was easy to use
Eyemladyluck –
The washer itself is awesome, directions on the other hand is another matter! The manual doesn’t explain things the way they use to. I still had to go on the internet to find out what it was doing and wanting to clear the message on the screen.
Brent –
Great product good price. I like the load and go option.
Wifisolved –
It took me a little more time to get used to this washing machine.
Now i think I understand what buttons to press. Enjoying this
Purchase.
Laptop –
I looked at several washers and found this to be my best choice. Easy to use and affordable. I really like the front loader.
chongo –
The washing machine was good but doesnt last long cleaned the filter, the rubber seal and manually drain it ever 6 months but now getting error codes of E1, F9, SD, only 4 years and it doesn’t want to drain need a better drainage.
Jesskao –
I was so excited to get this and upgrade my last Whirlpool front load that was over 10 years old. It worked great for the first month but we started having problems with it after that related to the motherboard. Errors would pop up on the screen anytime we’d change from 1 cycle to another (regular to sanitary for example).
Rmiller413 –
Excellent washer with great capacity. Would recommend it
Madhu –
A nice product with self loading soap liquid, Value fo money as I got a great discount while purchasing this washer.
Waltmagnum –
Very loud for the money spent. Other than that it shows the time remaining and then it adds more time. This is a replacement from the first one cause it was installed incorrectly and timer still does same thing
Lancer45 –
Very large capacity easy to use. Have only had it for about a month but it works well
Laundryday –
Love my new washer and dryer. Cleaning and drying clothes has never been easier.
Kellygm –
Machine died in 3 years. So disappointed in this product!
cparker354 –
I wish I had never bought this washer. I have not been able to use it since I purchased it. I called a tech out a few weeks after buying it and because it was under Whirlpool warranty, Whirlpool sent a contracted tech who looked at it with an electronics tester but never checked anything else-like maybe the shocks. He charged me over 100.00 for the visit and did nothing to address the issue. The washer shakes violently, is very loud and once it hits the spin cycle it is so violent in it’s motion and so loud that I have to end the cycle and just rinse the clothes in the sink. I’m still under Best Buy warranty. Guess I should try a service call with them because Whirlpool was useless.
CSTU93 –
First front loader, purchased as a set on sale. 2 years later, still satisfied.
LCruz –
Great purchase, steam clean feature is great. The load and go dispenser makes it easier to do multiple wash
MikeB –
Ä¢reat washer, good value. As a former serv tech whirlpool is the only appliance to buy
ChukeSwaggy –
Washing Machine is quiet and very efficient compared to my last unit. It can fit a large load of clothes no problem and has many different settings for wash. Install was easy.
Washer –
It stop working in the warranty. It is a loud machine as well
GaHM –
If I could give less than 1 star, I would. We have had this washer for 3 years and are giving up. After about 1 year (just after the warranty expired), it displayed a suds (Sd) warning for no reason with almost every wash, and could not finish a cycle. I had to drain and spin after every wash to get rid of all the excess water. I got Whirlpool to send out technicians twice. They eventually replaced the motherboard. A year later, the same issue. Again, despite everything I try (different cycles, changing the concentration setting for the HE washing liquid, anything I can think of), the machine keeps giving me error messages and can’t finish a wash. I don’t have time for this anymore. No more Whirlpool washers for me. Which is a shame because the Duet I bought before this version lasted 18 years. Pity Whirlpool screwed up a good thing.
PrisN –
This product broke down in less than a year. Very disappointed indeed.
AlissaC –
I’ve had this washer and dryer for over 2 years now and they’ve been great – easy to use, big enough for a lot of clothes, and no issues.
Unknown –
wishy washy washie wash wash wash. Scrubby dub dub.
DaveJManalang –
After only 3 years of minimum use, today, this washer broke already!! The drain and spin cycle stopped working. This item has very poor durability. Now I’m not sure how long the twin dryer that I bought with this will last before it also breaks down. Terrible!
Disappointed –
This washer has been awful from the start. Steer clear of this one.
Marissa –
I loved this washer! I got a great deal on a floor model. So happy I came across it at the right time. I did not use the detergent store function. Clothes were always clean on delicate-cold which I primarily wash on.
