These are very well made, and have a nice heavy solid bottom that is perfect for the electric flat top range I have. Cheaper ones that have ridges in the bottom and just feel flimsy didn’t cook nearly as consistent as these do. Hopefully these last…they feel super solid… and I’ll never have to buy pans ever again!

DO NOT USE STAINLESS STEEL UTENSILS ON THESE PANS!
Please, make sure you use something that will not scratch the non-stick coating, and you’ll be set for years.
