Vanacloud –
As the final game for the Dark pictures anthology (Season 1), I expected much more than what we got! Bland characters but great voice acting / motion capture, great setting and great villain! But the Saw-like traps in the game was alright and the “Choices” you make don’t really mean anything by the end.
This is probably my 2nd least favorite out of the games and the replayability is kinda low not going to lie. But then again all the others one got low replay value. I would rather replay Until Dawn / The quarry than this though.

I like mystery games along it is fun I like this series
Madsmom –
Christmas gift for daughter. I know she will love it as she asked for it!
Jomajorsh –
This game compiles everything the developers have learned making the past games, and put it all together in a way thats familiar but refreshing
Dinereau –
If you are into horror games this is a fun game to play by yourself or with friends. Jump scares and quick decisions make up the experience.
Edgar –
Awesome game! Played with my friend via co-op. Both of us experience different aspects of the same story which is amazing especially when discussing the story and what’s occurring.
Asuplov –
Good graphics and good storyline amazing overall in everything

The game is functionally similar to the rest of the Dark Pictures Anthology but features a tie-in to a real-life serial killer, which makes its story unique when compared to the others. A performance mode allows for smoother movement in gameplay. It’s a ~7 hour experience, with some exploration used as padding and I preferred the 4-5 hour sweet spot of its predecessor when playing the Movie Night mode in one sitting, with friends. Otherwise, a solid experience.

Treyw73 –
You know what you’re getting going into this one if you’ve played the others in the series. It’s not the best game they’ve made, but it’s solid.
GMS28 –
daughter said good graphics and enjoys the game, it was a santa gift for her
CeeCee –
Love this video game. Its a very good follow up to the first game.
PoisonousSnake –
I own all supermassive games. While house of ashes i found to be better, this was a good game, especially at its price point
Jp54321 –
Dark pictures does it again highly recommend for the true horror fans…
Roger –

FreakGamer –
Devil in Me is a good ending to the first season of the Dark Picture Anthology. Supermassive games have not disappointed. Recommend this game.
MichaelaH –
Game isn’t action packed, but it requires thinking. It’s like transporting yourself into a SAW/murder mystery movie. For that reason, it’s unique and interesting to play. The game takes about 2-4 hours to get through, and there are different endings to the game (who will or won’t survive). I rated it average because after playing once, would you really want to play again (with little action) just to see if you could have a different outcome? This seems best for young folks having a sleepover weekend where everyone takes turns playing to see who can survive with the most players in the end.

The plot was awesone and the graphics were tasteful. Very horrific scenes in the game. Highly Recommended!!!

PS5Fan123 –
Great horror game! The setting is great, taking place on a secluded island abound with mystery which you’ll uncover throughout your playthrough.
Don’t get too scared!!
Carmen –
Love the graphics and great storyline. Definitely great purchase.
Siedra –
The BEST in the anthology so far. Really keeps you guessing.
PatrickH –
Great game play excellent graphics sound great!!!!

I’ve bought the past games from the The dark anthology and this one didn’t disappoint. I ended up just saving the two of them. Perhaps with accessibility I can slow down the QT events and get them all saved in the next playthrough. One thing that bothered me was the minor lags.
Easybone –
I love this horror games editions. They keep you on the edge of your seat.
Mancini25 –
These games are priced right for how short they are. Graphics are always really good
Tiggie –
One of the best games that came out in 2022 hands down. A must play game.
Disappointed –
This game definitely could have been better. After The Quarry the standard for these games has gone way up. The story was alright, the characters sucked, and overall the game was very lackluster. Play it if you’re a die-hard Dark Pictures fan but otherwise wait for a steep sale.
Rob79 –
Graphics are ok, and the game play is descent but entertaining.
XouM –
Sometimes the character models look stiff but still a very fun game!
MargenaM –
Absolutely LOVE the graphics and story line. Great play time and puzzle solver.
AeddonV –
Yes you read that correctly, the case was bent at a 45 degree angle and there was pieces of the case rolling around when opened it and that was all after waiting longer than I was originally told
HalloweenKills2020 –
Ok so I haven’t played this game yet but I had to add it to my physical media collection and I can’t wait to experience the terror within
Angelxd22 –
Some technical bugs, but my favorite of the dark pictures games. These games are great to play with an SO who is into horror.
Eyezofnight –
The 4th game in the Dark Pictures series is a fun game even though it feels like a step down from House of Ashes. The story is okay, but the unkillable killer thing doesn’t really work for me. New additions like items feel like an afterthought to be honest and certain characters having plot armor for most of the game feels lame too. I still enjoyed the game, but it feels like a step down from that last one.
Jeremybent –
Very good let everyone about the game to buy get it
PS5Games –
Like any decent horror movie or game, they all have their moments. Visually this looks great! As far as the gameplay and the overall story/setting, it had so much potential. Unfortunately, it gets boring. It’s tough to recommend this one.
Kona –
I love this title its the best horror game of the series and the year

GerardTheThird –

JayB –
Great game!! Love this series a lot. Can’t wait for season 2.
TheZoinater –
This game is very emmersive. Dark Horse really makes good games…especially in the decisions making genre of game. The graphics are sick…u can see the pores on the skin. I would recommend this game to anyone who likes to make decisions that affects the games outcome.
