The case is shiny, smooth and makes my phone look fancy. The buttons are super easy to press which is a huge factor. It’s got a raised lip for the screen and cameras.

First day i got it a i accidentally dropped my phone off a 2 story balcony (into grass) and it protected it perfectly. The reason i dropped it is because i also purchased the magnetic pop socket and wasnt thinking and was holding onto it by just the pop socket part and it popped off (like it is designed to do), so definitely follow the instruction to not just hold it by the pop socket. I haven’t had any other problems with the pop socket part coming off since then. The protection around the cameras (along with the tempered glass lens protector) enables me to feel very comfortable laying the phone on its back without damaging the lenses. Works great with magnetic charging devices and car mounts.

Excited to get my new case then extremely disappointed it arrived looking used: Looked dirty FULL of fingerprints and a scratch on the inside of the case. This product should’ve never been on the shelf & sold as “new”. Disappointing Best Buy.

I think this case looks really slick on the white 14 pro. other than that it looks kinda tacky. its the white on white that’s cool with this one. it offers really great protection though for sure. the mag safe is built in too so thats a plus.

Broke 6 months after buying it.
Tried to remove the case to clean my phone and it cracked in half from the bottom to the center of the MagSafe circle. Note I did not force it off, I carefully tried to peel it off the bottom corners for it to pop and crack half way.
Tried to claim it through its “lifetime warranty”
To be told it “didn’t meet the criteria for replacement”
I produced proof of purchase and pics of damage.
If the damage I have isn’t covered then it isn’t a warranty against manufacturing defects.

I’ve used tech 21 cases for years on all of my iPhones. Can’t beat them for protection, nice feel and non bulky size. If using glass screen protectors be sure to get one with a placement guide to ensure that the glass is straight. The slightest misalignment will cause bubbles.

First night my daughter had this case, her hone slipped out of her hands and shattered the back of her iPhone. Definitely, not drop resistant and now she can’t even remove and replace her case for fear of cutting herself or losing pieces of the phone.
