    The game is better than alot of recent street fighter iterations. I take a star off because the online mstches can be relentless if you’re a casual gamer. Also the roster is tiny. Not a fan of micro transactions. The art style is bombastic and alive which is what makes the game pop. It has a creation suite which is nice. If i had to compare id say its not as good as tekken 7. That game had more depth fir arcade mode play and story mode. As for recent games in the same genre. I did also buy aew fight forever. That has been in my disc drive since i bought it. The highest praise i can give street fighter is that its in depth and a bit family friendly aew im worried my nephew will see in game blood. With sf6 hes dancing around with blanka on screen and twerkin. Thats what my 4 star rating boils down to, its very pick up and play friendly.

    A fun fighter, they’ve made it easier than ever for new players and non-fighting game fans to jump into and enjoy the series. The only drawback is the lack of fighters in the base game, as Capcom as usual has held back several characters for their Super/Ultra/Arcade editions to get more money out of the franchise. Overall a solid game, and the new created character mode is a blast (albeit sometimes tedious).

    Feels like a finished, more complete, and more dynamic SF5 for better and for worse. I wish SF would dial down how reliant it has become on strike/throw mix, but as far as post-UMvC3 Capcom games go, it’s hard to do better than this.

    The introduction of the campaign mode makes this a ton of fun to play. You can customize your fighter with moves from all of your favorites. I like wandering the city ans fighting ramdoms. Brings new fun to an old classic.

    Not the street fighter you’re use too. They removed characters that were staples to the brand to appease a certain audience and falls flat, the character creator is meh. I feel the counter system is too over powered to the point it feel cheap. I wish I could get a full refund.

    I was highly skeptical of the fighting mode in this version of street fighter and if it would keep me entertained for a while and I must say this was a welcome treat. I’ve been wanting to play street fighter on the Xbox for years and hated that SFV wasn’t on Xbox. Now that it has returned with the option to customize a character I must say I’m really enjoying the game. The story isn’t very good but it does push the essence of the game along which it to street fight. There is a demo on Xbox which can give a better sense of the games mechanics than I can describe here. If you’re a street fighter fan than this is the game for you. If you are new to the franchise this is a great entry point for you as well.
