    Don’t listen to the bad reviews. I had my doubts but this TV performs and responds fluidly. If you watch the correct media that has the correct specs for HDR. This TV does what is supposed to do, but everyone who complains about video and audio quality are most likely the ones who click the first videos in there search on YouTube. Those videos should not be used as criteria for judgement on this TV. For the price I payed and compared to my old TV, this one is so worth it. I bought it for my PS5 and it switches inputs fast automatically and looks awesome. Super happy.

    I went straight to the negative comments prior to purchase and they were all wrong in my opinion. Audio is not perfect but you can only fit so much in a 4 in TV. It sounds good enough to me.

    I’m super happy. I have no complaints.

    The fast forward stopped showing thumbnails and images had terrible ghosting. I called and wrote to Sony many times and they said it was external and not due to the TV. The did remote diagnostics and said they would not send someone to look at it. I tried two of my other TVs (a Samsung and an LG) in th same location and they were perfect. This was a total waste of money. I called Best Buy. They send Kevin from the Geek Squad to look at it. He said it was the motherboard. He called SOney from my house. They never got back to him or me. He then came back to my house and replaced the motherboard. That fixed the problem. Best Buy was great. Sony was unbelievably bad. A fake warranty.

    The 4K picture is wonderful–IF you are actually looking at a specifically produce vignette shot in4K. I watched travelogues from different countries on You-tube TV and the picture was stunning. Every day news &TV shows are not so spectacular as they are filmed with a different kind of camera. Great TV.

    10 months old and green are messing up the color is messed up and a one year warranty after I thought it was a 3 or 5 year warranty very disappointing

    Given the cost the picture is quite mediocre when it comes to viewing sports, which we did articulate as being a primary driver for this purchase. Furthermore, this TV also doesn’t stream well / work well with Hulu. I definitely would not purchase this TV again.

    While the picture quality is good. This TV, unfortunately performs well below expectations. It’s slow and restarts are frequently required. It will freeze at least 2-3x/week. It will also lose its WiFi connection 3-4x/week as well.

    The remote is substandard. It works fine, but it has no numeric key pad to directly key in a channel. Also, the remote is small. Great if you like to misplace it a lot. Which you will.

    I did a ton of research before replacing our main living room TV and it led me to this TV. Let me just start off by saying I’m just an average Joe who likes to “buy once, cry once” with most things.

    Picture: It’s good, but I can’t tell a difference in the quality in this TV versus my outdoor cheap TCL 450$ TV.

    OS: Smooth when it works, but like every other smart TV I’ve owned there’s times of lag and other apps not wanting to work. We’ve also had the TV freeze on us to the point that we had to unplug the TV and reset it.

    Value: In retrospect I would’ve just bought another cheaper TCL or LG for my usage.

    Worst TV I ever owned. Have to unplug at least once a week for it to connect to my network. 3 other TVs on same network have no issues. The black and refresh rate is no where near what was advertised. Customer service never resolves the issue that my TV is trash and keep trying updates. Worst money I ever spent.

    First purchased a Samsung 7 series. Horrible picture quality. Ive had a previous year of the Sony. So i wanted to tey it out. I love all of the picture options. Way better tv. Bit more money. But sometimes you get what you pay for.

    I love this Tv specially when its running apps fast and no glitch, Real contrast picture and coloring is beautifull, but every once a while you have to restart it cause google tv gets crazy and not connecting to the internet.

    Purchased the 65 X95K 13 months ago and it just ceased to operate properly. The bottom third of the screen began flickering. Very irritating. Of course, it is out of warranty. No more Sony products. Going get an LG C3 elsewhere where they give me a 5 year warranty.
