Good value. Setup was very simple and connection was quick and painless. The sound is very good and I feel like it was money well spent. With the app on the phone I can manipulate it further but haven’t found the need to yet.

Love this Q-series system. It’s like watching a movie in an actual Movie Theater! I got the Q-Series 0.1.4 ch system. I love it and would like to compare it to the newer 11 ch 990 system, but I can’t imagine it could be better than what I have.

I just purchased the HW-Q930C; my only complaint is the audio randomly cuts out. I never had this issue until I purchased the HW-Q930C. It doesn’t matter if I am watching live TV or something on Netflix, Apple TV, or whatever. When it does cut out, it doesn’t last long, perhaps 3 to 5 seconds, but what worries me is will it get worse and what can I do to stop this from happening?
Other then that, I have to admit that the audio is pretty awesome. I would love to recommend HW-Q930C, however if this audio issue can’t be resolved, I probably won’t.

It took several days and a lot of work to get it to connect with my older (kind of smart lol) Sharp tv. I ended up using an AV to HDMI connector and got it to work. Now it is amazing! I’m so glad I didn’t give up and return it. The sound is great and it works seamlessly between TV, Roku and Alexa now. The only problem now is that the special connector I had to use creates a slight electrical sound and I feel like I have to power off the speakers after watching the tv. Someday I’ll upgrade my tv and then it probably won’t be a problem.

Worked fine for awhile. Now it will randomly refuse to pass a signal through the soundbar or work with eArc. I use this with a Samsung TV and everything is updated through their app. Garbage product. I’m tired of troubleshooting this stuff every week. Inexcusable that it struggles with simply playing audio or passing through HDMI. Never getting Samsung again.

The sound is good and makes it much easier to hear the TV regardless of what you are watching. I am not impressed with the “surround sound” that it provides, It may just be the room that I installed it in (vaulted ceilings and the back of the room is open). It paired up easily with my Samsung TV but I cannot seem to get the Dolby Atmos to work in conjunction with my Samsung One Connect.

One rear speaker did not work, as a result I had to take back the whole system. When I asked for help to unload the heavy box, I was denied. I’m 73 years old and struggled to get it on the cart to bring it in the store.You won’t see me in your stores from now on. This is a corporate thing. Shame on you Best Buy.
