The sound range is great. Human speech is much clearer even with significant other sounds in the audio background. The best thing is it’s plug and play ability with my existing Samsung tv. I plugged in the soundbar usb and the tv recognized it and no more setup was needed. The existing remote automatically controls all the soundbar functions.

The sound on this soundbar is impressive for the price range. I couldn’t justify spending much more than the sale price of $329.99. Due to my living room layout, a 5.1 setup isn’t really worth the hassle, so for me this was perfect. The bass is decent, it by no means rumbles the house, but it adds a lot depth to the sound from a movie. This was an upgrade from a HW-R550 and the difference is very noticeable, especially with Qsymphony enabled. (One of the reasons I purchased this soundbar.)

I thought this would be a wise purchase to pair with my amazing 65″ Samsung TV, however I was not impressed by the sound or the quality. The speakers are not truly wireless bc they’ve wired connections between the 2 speakers. I tested the sound out anyway hoping to maybe change my mind, but I didnt notice any major difference in the experience. I live in an apt so it wasnt due to the size or space in which they were installed, too small/large, or flooring (wood w rugs) , overcrowding of furniture, etc.. ive a 9ft long apothecary piece that my TV resides on and I followed the measurements to a T when installing the system. Bass module and speaker placement.. my TVs sound works just fine without any additional cost, or unpackaging and installing something meant to enhance my listening experience.
