love that the refurbished added an HDMI slot for this. this is a great price as it came with windows 10 pro which almost alone is half the price of the a new PC. will definitely buy next one refurbished again.

Very, very disappointed with this purhcase. We were intially reluctant to purhcase a refurbished computer but after speaking with BestBuy they assured us that the machine comes with a full 1 year warranty and has been throughly tested before being re-sold. So we went forward with the purchase. We unboxed this computer, turned it on, and immediately started getting fatal Windows OS errors. I work in IT and could not recover this machine. This will be our first and last purchase of a refurb from BestBuy.

If their are others like me who didn’t check the specs closely because you assumed most every computer comes with the Wi-Fi connection beware. THIS ONE DOES NOT!

Runs quiet and quick. Easy to set up and so much smaller than our old HP.

PC was received loosely packed in box, mouse and keyboard were destroyed.
Tried to boot the computer multiple times, with zero luck. It wouldn’t even post due to memory issues.

This was just what I needed to replace an old desktop that was about to fail. It was inexpensive, easy to set up and the right size to do what I needed. The only thing that I forgot was that it did not come with wifi.

This thing is perfect for my needs! I’ve had pretty terrible computers in my day, all of which were hand-me-downs, but this thing takes the cake as probably being the best computer I’ve had so far! The things I enjoy I’d say are pretty basic, and basic is just what I need. If you’re looking for something basic that can also be easily upgraded, this is perfect.
