Installer great in Newport News – had to exchange some parts that were ordered, and I had to return the next day. Nor his fault- but I had to drive a total of 6 hors (3 each day) to get my radio installed. Supervisor said I would be compensated – never was. Weather was bad- snowing so I did not complain. VERY happy with end product

Bought this to enable the use of my steering wheel controls in my 2009 F350 and my new Kenwood unit. This thing didn’t want to work right straight out of the packaging. Had to make three trips to Geek Squad to finally get it working the way it should. Not impressed with this product.

The back up camp was not working correctly after the original installation of the new radio. Replacing original items installed has resolved the problem. We are very grateful for the extra effort the team went to, to get our system working correctly
