    Have loved these cases in the past but the Face ID doesn’t work with this case!

    Do not buy this case if you like using speaker phone no one can hear anything I say and they complain on a regular phone call that I sound muffled!

    Ots a good case as long as your not trying to listen to a phone call. It’s almost impossible you have to put it on speaker just to hear it.

    I dislike the amount of force that my finger need to use in order to type a message. There is a massive bubble of a screen protector that you have to power through in order to touch anything. The front face camera now has very poor quality although the rear face camera is great. This case is worth much less realistically. If you could functionally use tthe phone for everything you bought it for and still use this case it might be worth it.

    Terrible product!! It may have ruined my phone (hoping it doesn’t but time will tell).
    I put the case on, made sure it is all tightly closed on all sides few times. Then we went into the water and it had water in within two minutes. I dried the phone and the case, and again closed very tightly. Same outcome.
    Even after the phone dried the inside after many hours, charging the phone has remained a problem. Now anxiously awaiting to see if it will “heal”…or if I have to buy a new phone.
    The rub also is that at $99, it is an expensive case.

    Emmanuel and his team made shopping in store easy. Got a new phone and this otter box life proof case is the real deal!! Dropped it a few times already and used it heavy in wet weather when we went to the snow. A must have. No to bulky, easy to remove if needed.

    I used a Life Proof/OtterBox on my last phone, and it stood up to repeated droppings and wet conditions. I haven’t dropped my new phone in Davy Jones yet. But so far, so good! I was also able to take advantage of a Best Buy sale when I purchased, so that never hurts.

    I love my otterbox case! It covers all 4 sides of the phone and the camera. I have dropped the phone a couple of times with no damage. The cover does not seem to have any impact on picture quality.

    Works great! as a long user of life proof cases and android we used them all the time while on vacation swimming and such. when we switched over to apple it was kind of a shame that they didn’t have water proof cases yet. This case works great it keeps water out no issues effecting audio or picture quality either so far. taking it on a Great Wolf Vacation soon so that will be the real test! the only real downside is how pricey they are.

    It was fine until one day (about a month after purchase) at work my screen was all dcratched up. My headphones were in the same pocket with my phone. I dealt with it because its not that much of a deal. A couple months later my camera cover is all messed up. So i cant take clear pictures anymore. Ive been dealing with it for awhile, but its getting annoying. I had a similar issue with the lifeproof fre case for my iphone X. Wish i just stuck with my basic case and screen protector. Considering i paid $100 for less than 6 months of satisfied usage. Another thing is the magnet thing in the case stopped stick to it and just sticks to my phone when i take the case off, to take pictures. Crazy part is i see the case is on sale and i considered buying again, but its not worth all the money. Its okay if you treat the case as delicate as the phone itself. Even though it got messed up IN MY POCKET! Id suggest not putting anything in your pocket with your phone and keep the case in a case. It’s clearly fragle. Maybe thats where they get the name, “fre”.

    Gives extra confidence that your investment will be protected. Good phones are $1,000 these days. Spend good money on the case to protect your investment. All my past phones in lifeproof cases have lasted 5 or more years. I’ve dropped this phone on concrete, hardwood, and in lake water and have never been concerned.

    Case does what it’s intended to do. Fitment seems to be an issue at the top but nothing major. Just feel like it should be top of the line for the price tag it carries

    THE ONLY DRAWBACK…
    is due to the cases thickness, I suppose, hinders the microphone on the iPhone. So when talking to people, either on FaceTime of speaker, a lot of my friends and family mention that the audio sounds far away, or muffed.
    And unfortunately I’ve had to switch cases due to that.

    Other than that, the case is nearly perfect.
    Strong. Waterproof. Clean touch interaction, even with the film protecting the screen.

    Highly recommend! Just that small drawback.

    Not worth the money. It’s quite heavy on the 14 Pro. There are little dots all over the screen – I’m sure they have a purpose, but they are distracting and collect debris. It’s difficult to put on and take off. It does not work with all MagSafe chargers (my existing one I’ve had since I had an 11 Pro, pre- Otterbox/Lifeproof. I am disappointed and I cannot return it because of the very small return window.
    2 stars simply because of this being one of few cases that is full protection for phone, screen, and camera lens for the iPhone.

    Great phone case that covers your entire phone. Great if you spend a lot of time outside in bad weather. The wear on the phone is quick if you use it a lot and it is on the expensive side for phone cases.

    feels solid, however, the camera lens fogs up and sometimes affects the clarity of pictures. Would have expected more due to the overall cost

    Complete protection and comfortable to hold. It has a sealed pocket to the charging port and fits the phone snuggly.

    All around good protection for your daily activities. The Face ID can kind of be a pain sometimes in direct sunlight or that there could be dirt on the plastic screen protector. Make sure you open the bottom charging port for better sound if not it can sound muffled. Over all I am satisfied with this case.

    I accidentally left my phone on the hood of my work truck, and it slid off and got run over at least once. My phone ended up lying in the street for a good 30 minutes while I frantically searched for it. Unfortunately, the case is no longer usable, but my phone survived without a single scratch! As a long-time Otterbox customer, it’s reassuring to see that, even though their products may be a bit pricier than others, they deliver on their promise. This is a truly great product!

    This is the absolute best phone to protect your iPhone and keep it pristine. The only drawback was mentioned previously: no one can really hear you when you talk on this phone with the case on. You have to use a headset.

    Great case! I shattered the back of my phone and I work around water so this case keeps my phone water protected and is preventing the glass from falling out of the phone. Also covers the camera lenses.

    I started using FRE cases with my iPhone 6. I had an FRE case on my iphone 11, and now I have one on my iPhone 14 Pro Max. The iPhone 6 case was awesome, no issues. The iPhone 11 case had an issue, and LifeProof sent a replacement right away. I’ve had my IPhone 14 Max Pro for less than a year, and the FRE case is so scratched by the camera lens covers that my photos look bad. I submitted for a replacement, and it’s no longer under warranty. It hasn’t even been a year! For almost $100, these cases have to last longer than 1 year. The quality and customer service has definitely declined since Otterbox purchased LifeProof. Premium prices should be for premium products and/or premium service. I won’t be buying another FRE case.

    I have used life proof cases for years and really only ever had to change them when I changed my phone. Since I changed my phone the last time to this iPhone 14 Pro and I went to get a new case and discovered that OtterBox had bought out life proof I have been through Two cases inside of a year because the camera lenses get so scratched up that my photos are blurry and almost unusable. do not get this case, it’s trash

    If I could use negative stars I would. There is a massive gap between the phone touchscreen and the protective cover making the phone inoperative on most apps. My husband tried to work with it, but can no longer . We are trying to reach out to OtterBox for credit./return What good is it to spend $99 to protect a device you can’t use.
