My bride has used OtterBox cases forever, mainly for the holster, so this was a must for her new 14 Pro. Cases don’t come with the holster any longer but there a card inside with a QR code to order one. Work great with MagSafe in the cars and house.

Great case. New design for otterbox. It was a pain in the butt to get it on but it works fantastic. I like the fact that with the magnetic charger it will stick to it and charge. A bit pricey though for what it is.

I have used the Otterbox Defender XT Pro for years, and it has saved my phone many times over BUT, getting the plastic frame over the iphone 14 Pro and under the rubber lip had me ready to throw the whole thing in the trash. I watched the YouTube Otterbox installation video, and it is sheer propaganda, absolute hogwash. There is an independent video as well that demonstrates just what a nightmare installation really is. I succeeded only after resorting to using a butter knife. First, with your hands try stretching the rubber lips, especially the corners, as best you can. Then place the frame in place and press down very hard and then gently insert the butter knife between the frame and rubber lip and pull knife upwards pulling the lip around the frame all while pressing hard. Do this every half inch or less (more likely every 1/4 inch) all the way around. Time consuming and tedious to say the least. I normally don’t write reviews, but Otterbox better fix this, and soon.

It’s ALRIGHT. A little pricey but it looks nice and light weight. Doesn’t magnify unless you use the specific charger that goes with the case you can buy extra.
Haven’t test drop.

The case protects the ouone well and worked great with the magsafe charger. It is anlittle tough putting the front bumber on at first, but it gets easier if you have to do it again.

Pros: What I like about this case is the two tone colors, it’s not as bulky as the defender series, the lightning connector comes with a cover and the mag safe does a good job locking into place for charging. Cons: the raised edges around the face and on the camera module only protrude 1/16 to an 1/8” thick… and seems like it would be easy to hit the face or camera module.
So far so good. I’ve dropped my phone numerous times but has been great up to this point.

If you have normal to larger fingers and keep your fingernails short, the ringer silencing switch on the side of the iPhone will be very difficult or impossible to use with this case on the phone. The opening on the case is just too small and too deep to access the switch.
Otherwise, the case is fairly easy to install, seems to offer good protection, and works fine with MagSafe accessories and most screen protectors.
I would have liked to have seen a kickstand on the back to prop it upright, but it wasn’t advertised as having one, so no stars taken away for the omission.
If you never use the ringer silence switch and don’t have use for a kickstand on the case, its a decent case, if a bit pricey.
Bottom line, -2 stars due to inadequate real world testing of all functions with people of various finger sizes.

Overall this case does what it is sold as. It fits nicely onto the phone and is easy to both add and remove from the item. The cameras are exposed, which is nice for not getting blurry photos, but there is a lip around the cameras that protects them from hitting the gorund should the phone be dropped. The case feels sturdy and our purpose for buying was to protect the phone from drops and so far it has met that need.
