    Great food processor. Does pretty much everything we would need. Unfortunately Best Buy couldn’t price match this item with a different “model” at a different store. The other “model” is the exact same product and color, they just named the color a different silver-sounding name. Kind of sketchy that a manufacturer does that? But nonetheless a great product.

    This blender does it all. Have not used the slicer yet. Only complaint is the shake mixer was hard to get locked in place to start the machine. Then felt like I almost broke it trying to get back off unit.

    Broke upon in first use. And due to Best Buy’s cancerous practices, allowing only 14 days after date of purchase, I’m out $220 bucks. It was a Christmas gift. It was purchased exactly one month ago they day of writing this review.

    I also called the local Best Buy to speak to someone to figure it out. The number was a local number, but it redirected me to a call center in India.
