    Perfect size for a dorm room, pulls a great shot, and is great for beginners. If you are a beginner, or even someone who knows about espresso, this machine is a great choice, as it offers balance and ease of use. Highly recommend.

    After many years of wanting to buy an espresso, cappuccino, latte machine, and struggling with the Keurig machine, I finally bought it for Christmas.

    Oh my gosh, the whole family is absolutely in love with the machine. no comparison to the Keurig we had. My college-age daughter commented on how these are the same drinks she spends seven or eight dollars on at coffee shops.

    Easy to use, and even fun to use. I just started experimenting with recipes and even made one Frappuccino so far it was out of this world.

    The Mr. Coffee One-Touch makes my day so much easier. All you have to do is fill the machine with milk, water, and ground up coffee beans. Everything else is done with the push of a button. You can choose to make a small or a large size of just espresso, or you can choose to brew a latte/cappuccino. The automatic milk frother is the best part about this product.

    Great product! Lattes and cappuccinos are comparable to the ones at cafes.

    Second purchase of machine. Need to press buttons countless times before it works, not one touch; not really self cleaning. Same problem with first but at least the first one gave you a sweet taste, otherwise same complaints.

    Its a good fancy pants Espresso and Cappuccino machine on the cheap. the wife loves that the milk storage is built in and you can steam clean the attachment pretty easily. Overall, pretty solid unit.
