    I bought this to install my pioneeer unit. my car is a 2004 and does not have nav, this wiring harness has additional hook ups for the nav and drives up the price. you can find a cheaper one elsewhere without the nav. it will not control your steering wheel volume buttons

    If you aren’t savvy about stereo installations, get two opinions about whether or not the parts are correct for your car. The first one recommended was I incorrect. The installation tech recognized it right away and ordered the correct one.

    Second installation kit seems to be working fine. There was some kind of electrical issue with the connection to the first Pioneer Apple Car Play radio that caused an electrical burning smell in the car and killed my car battery. Geek Squad installed a replacement radio and wiring harness that seems to be working fine.

    Perfect for my vehicle as it stated. Easy to install as a DIY compared to others I have tried in the past. If you do not know what you are doing just let the GEEKS handle it and get you taken care of right the first time.

    This product would have been great if the had not changed their mind. I order several items including a new car radio and all of the install kits for our new mustang. They came out and look the car over and said we were all sent and gave us an installation date that was two weeks off which was ok by us so I had them order the parts needed and finalized everything and paid for everything. I called the morning of the install to make sure all of the needed parts came in for the install scheduled at 2 pm and they said we were good to go so we drove down which the trip for us is 128 miles down and back. when we got there they informed us that the install technician had called off so it was a wasted trip. we rescheduled for the following week to get it done and as we were getting ready to head down they told us that they couldn’t do it and said we could come down and get our money back. so we drove down to get or money back and even though it had been well over two weeks and the payment had cleared and I had a zero balance on the card and I wanted to get the money back they said it would have to go back on my card I didn’t want it back on the card because I was planning on taking it somewhere else so the said they would send me a check. I waited for the check and found out the put it back as a credit on my account. so I am basically forced to spend the money at best buy. I could have probably got over my frustration but the fact that I had made 3 trips down and back that was over 360 mile or a full tank of gas plus then had to fork out cash again elsewhere to get the job done has set a very poor attitude with my future shopping with best buy
