    When getting my new stereo I was scared that it would change and mess up my whole set up inside my car, but the dash kit I received works perfect and I actually love it more than the original. Definitely recommending Best Buy first to anyone wanting the same service as I did.

    Everything worked well, especially using videos found on YOUTUBE. Did most of the work on the bench, swapping out the controls, locking brackets and splicing the harness with the new radios harness using crimps. The most difficult part was threading the harness through the dash and all the way to the back of the vehicle where the original amp is located. This was a little easier since we have removed the rear seat back to replace the rear speakers. The instructions are not as clear as they could be and you still need to purchase the removal tool to get the old radio out, it is not included with the kit. If you are not up for the task I would recommend buying a radio that includes free installation. The one we purchase was only 119.00 and sounds great, but we installed ourselves as a father and son project.

    The kit was to install a new stereo in our daughter’s 2003 Ford Taurus. We thought it was a bit pricey, however when the tech told us what all had to be done to install the stereo and that it was located in the trunk, we understood the cost a little more!

    So it fits fine for the most part one of the knobs now falls off constantly. It’s also a weird finish that is kind of rough to the touch. It’s also way too expensive for what it is

    Great product better then the last one i bought. If your climate control have a air bag light built in make sure you get one with it because the other products don’t have one built in so your air light will get flashing on the dash so double check.

    Looks great, the finish is a little different than stock, but it’s obviously not stock. Changing the climate controls are a little finicky. The knobs fall off easily, a little silicone or super glue would fix easily for a more permanent fix. However, I’ve owned mine for around 6 months and the LEDs for the climate control have just gone out, and with them being paired in series, they all went out at once. Otherwise a good product, definitely use the provided filler for the gap between the radio instead of one that may be provided with your own radio

    Finally found a conversion kit for an aftermarket radio, east tricking running all the wires back but I got it the only and it’s a big problem, is the airbag light. I had to do some research because the wires for the air bag light are not installed into the plug and I researched and researched and thought I found the solution but the airbag light on my dash is still lit up. This makes my passenger airbag not function properly. Someone please help me in correcting this! Other than that everything is decent!
