I and my family had experience to use Styler at a hotel in South Korea before. It seems to be a nice clothing care appliance. Eventually, we have it and happy to use it.

We bought this about 1yr ago. Since then we had 3 techinician visits bc it doesn’t remove or even reduce wrinkles! One of Tech told me it doesn’t sell bc it doesn’t work but they cannot do anything for us. He said LG tried to get rid of this to their own employees at $700 but no one bought it. LG doesn’t do anything about this non working product. Supervisor couldn’t careless when we finally reached him. LG doesn’t stand by their product. zero customer service. We spend $2000 for this garbage.

I first saw the satisfaction of my friend who bought it and I bought it. This is effective in removing deodorant and clothing management, so far I have been very satisfied.

The product works ok. Great for suits and coats. It does not work as well for shirts.
I like the water container at bottom for loading and emptying. Saves money on extra plumbing in your house

I was a little discouraged when, the first SEVERAL times I operated the Styler, the water indicators kept coming on and alternating between “Fill Water” and “Empty Water”, in 2 minute intervals, and no moisture whatsoever was inside the cabinet. The water seemed to go straight from the fill tank to the empty tank. After about 5 rounds of this, the Styler operated as expected. The trouble shooting manual really underplays this stating merely that extra water is necessary to fill the reservoir the first time.
