This soundbar system surpassed my expectations. First off its very loud and the woofer can really peoduce good base. Watching movies on cinema mode is geat, wonderful sound quality and clearity. Connecting my music via Bluetooth with music mode, the sound is just amazing. Love the loudness and woofer vibrations, really can put out power. The price is high but you wont regret your purchase. You will love this system.

Not quite impress. The sounds doesn’t seem to be balanced even though i had it calibrated according to my room size. The rear surround speakers are bulky. Atmos is ok… need a bit of work. I dont think this is worth $1500. My little $200 vizio atmos soundbar sounds just as good for a fraction of the price and a fraction of the size.

This is by far the most amazing sound system with wireless back speakers and subwoofer. Paired with the LG OLED 77” G3 TV the sound balance was a snap with the AI adjustment feature.

I bought this in October and I still don’t have it connected the way they promise in the video or the direction guide. Which by the way is not very helpful. All the speakers turn off everytime yiu shirt the TV off and they do not automatically reconnect. So I have to go in everytime a reconnect. Here is the real important part: pay close attention. When I called customer service and you don’t ever get anyone in the US. You can call day or night, it’s a 3rd party answering service who can barely speak English. They have no idea what they are doing and you can’t understand but every other word they are trying to say. So they were never able to help me get it connected properly. I was telling a friend about it and she suggest call the geek squad. So I was like, yes!!! Nope I called the geek squad, and guess what? They are a bunch of foreigners as well that can barely speak any clear English. They are not the only ones, Macy’s and a few other companies all went to customer service companies in other countries. So put off with them I asked to speak to someone in the US and they hung up on me. I spent all this money and can’t get help from someone that speaks proper and clear English. Very upset.

It’s a great update from my old LG surround sound system and love the new upgraded back firibg speakers since the other ones we had didn’t pack the punch like these do. Makes gaming also much more immersive.
Would highly suggest to anyone looking for LG speakers to pair with their TV. Also would suggest playing with the sound settings to best fit your needs. We tend to keep it in the AI sound mode unless gaming then it’s the gaming mode. Some movies however do sound better in the movie mode while some don’t so that’s something to think about if you are the type that just wanna picks one thing and leave it there y.

This is a very bad sound bar. No bass at all. Surround sound is very random. Cannot control/calibrate it without phone app and Geek Squad will not discuss/train on this without up charge.

I purchased the LG S95QR on February 25th 2023 and paid $1499.00 from day one I have had nothing but trouble with this sound bar, from sound going out while TV is on, it takes anywhere from 40 seconds to a minute and a half for the sound to come on when turning on the TV, you will also get a ear piercing bang out of the sub woofer like you have put a RCA jack in the wrong hole. I have spoken to LG customer service about 5 times with out any success, I have done a hard reset over 45 times wit out ant success not to mention LG has the worst customer service agents you could ever ask to talk to. These customer service people know absolutely nothing about what there talking about, not to mention you can not understand one word that comes out of them. 10 months and all I’ve gotten out of them is the run around. I was told they have have no in home service in my area of 4 million people. Now I can’t take it back to best buy because it out of there return warranty period only because Lg jerked me around. I had GEEK Squad come out today to my house to look at it and was told the sound bar is more than likely defective so now I’m 2 months away from the factory warranty running out. I forgot to mention I have this sound bar hooked up to the brand new LG OLED 83 inch G3 TV. The TV is great. I will never again buy anything LG Because of there customer service.

Great product so far. The only issue I’ve had with it is that it did not come with the mounting kit (screws) for the rear speakers. I’ve been to resolve this issue but I haven’t had the time to. Such a shame since it’s a great product besides that.

I use this sound bar with my LG G3 TV and am very happy with the sound quality and east of setup. The integration of the TV and sound bar was very impressive. Other connectivity options include Bluetooth, wifi, HDMI-EARC, etc. Once connected to TV, sound bar settings, operating mode can be seamlessly controlled by TV remote itself. Another nice feature includes build in support for Air Play for wireless audio streaming. 4k passthrough works beautifully. with LG soundbar app on the phone, you can easily control the audio tuning, input modes, equalizer settings, adjust bass, treble, etc. Speaker setup went so smooth, just plugged in the AC cords to sub-woofer and rear speakers and it paired quickly in no time. Even though the cost of the sound bar was a bit high, I like the wireless solution that gives Dolby Atmos surround sound and the Air Play integration. It simplifies life in the family room.

Great soundbar, excellent atmospheric effects on Dolby Atmos. I had some audio dropouts when my devices were connected via eArc to the TV; when I connect the sources directly to the soundbar, the dropouts resolved. I’m ordering some better HDMI cables to see if I can get eArc working right.
