    The surface burners heat up immediately. I use and like the two burners in the front that can be used either as small or large burners. The large window into the oven provides an excellent view. I haven’t noticed a big difference in cooking with convection vs normal baking, but it is still early for me. Overall, I am very happy with the functionality and look of the stove.

    So far no complaints. Love how big the glass is you can actually see inside. Love the black stainless, doesn’t show fingerprints. Wasn’t sure if I would since it is so much darker. Dual controls on burner great. The top is my only complaint, but our last stove was the same. Wish they were easier to clean. Overall we are very happy, specially since we have two big burners in front.

    We bought this range to match our current refrigerator. I have never had any issues with our KitchenAid Refrigerator so I hope it goes the sane way for our range. So far so good!

    The oven is very noisy while preheating. The timer makes one soft beep when done and doesn’t repeat for a long time. Since I never hear it, this feature is unusable. Though it sounded like a great idea, the Aqua-lift cleaning cycle is horrible. It doesn’t come close to cleaning and is very messy. Glass top doesn’t come clean even with scraping and using special cleaner.

    Love the look of this stove. Still getting use to using convection oven. Only draw back when using the easy convect, you have to set the timer and when the timer goes off the oven shuts off. Well, if your food isn’t quite done, you have to go through the whole process of resetting it and by that time,the temp has already dropped considerably.

    This Kitchen Aid electric range is feature loaded to include a selectable Convection cooking mode and unique interior Cleaning system that uses water/steam to remove baked-on food. There are four main cooking surface areas, two of which have dual-ring elements to match cookware used. A fifth element is provided for a warming surface. The interior is larger than average and is viewable through a large window. The black-stainless finish is very elegant in appearance. Best-Buy provide a price that could not be beat by other retailers.

    My wife and I have never had a convection oven before, so the learning curve was interesting, but we are getting used to it, and it definitely bakes evenly.
    The smooth cooktop is beautiful, and the 5th burner is handy.

    I love the warmer and the adjustable pan sizes! It warms ups so quickly, we can cook faster. Its a very nice looking range too! We bought with matching convection microwave and have used that more than the oven. This is great quality! Many thanks to Roderick for helping us get exactly what we wanted!

    Oven won’t heat past 300. Stove top won’t turn on. Replaced the breaker as suggested but still won’t work. I have to wait over a week to get a service tech out. Not what I was hoping for from a kitchenaid.

    I love this stove! We don’t use the oven part, but we use the stove top constantly. It’s fabulous! I haven’t over cooked any eggs or burned anything. It cooks evenly and I can’t say enough nice things about it! It is a little easy to scratch, be careful what you place on the top, but that’s no different then any glass top stove.

    Instructions for use are easy to follow. Have yet to use convection settings or to use self-cleaning feature. KitchenAid is known for quality appliances. We already have a KitchenAid black stainless refrigerator and love it.

    Oven drawer is not as big as it used to be. Can’t get my baking stuff in the drawer. The edge of drawer that pulls out is sharp on top.

    This good product. Aesthetics are better than average steel kitchen appliances. I have not tinker with all options yet. Altought it has some additional features, nothing out this world. Overall happy, but no thrills.

    The stove is attractive and easy to clean. Doesn’t have the option on the stovetop to expand any burners to accommodate larger pans. The oven does not cook evenly and takes a very long time to preheat. The bottom accessory drawer does not close without really pushing hard.

    Delivery is what I was disappointed in. They delivered and didnt take any of the wrappings off. The drawer was full of the plastic wrap and when I finally got it all off I found the drawer didnt close all the way and the left burner had a scratch on it. I called right away to the customer service dept and they said they should of taken a picture of the stove before it left the storage facility. They are giving me a new stove but I have to wait another 3 weeks to get it. Of course I have to still use the stove we got and finding it is hard to keep the stove top clean. We will see how the new one is when I finally get it.

    Had the stove a couple of weeks. It is working great. The only thing that I would complaint about is the timer ring is too quiet. Love everything about it. But liked my last stove which was an LG, and it only lasted 9 months. I will update this review if it changes.

    I’ve had this Electric Range for nearly two years. The features of this range are high-end and very user friendly. We truly appreciate the glass-top, window within the oven door and the “convection cook” option. Our biggest let-down was the self clean feature that uses distilled water at a moderate temp; it does NOT get the oven clean! I simply miss our previous oven self-clean which simply heated the oven to 500 degrees for 3-4 hours, leaving the worst spills reduced to powder-ash. This ovens self clean is not effective and leaves us no choice but to use the tried/true spray-on oven cleaners, followed by some light physical labor!

    This Kitchenaid replaced an LG, which only lasted 2 years. It seems to be a much better quality unit so far. It looks great and does a good job cooking my food. Would definitely recommend this range.
