    DO NOT PURCHASE THIS ITEM AFTER 2 MONTHS EVERY APPLICATION IS LAGGY EVEN WITH RESETTING UNIT AND REDOWNLOADING ALL MY APPLICATIONS AND DONT LET ME GET ON TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE BUT THERE A BIG BOX COMPANY SO THEY DONT CARE THEY LOST MY BUSINESS FOR SURE THE TV COMPANY ALL THEY WANT TO DO IS SEND SOMEONE OUT TO TROUBLESHOOT IT BY THE TIME THEY DO THAT IT WILL WASTE MY TIME I MIGHT WAS WELL JUST BUY A NEW ONE I AM A SMALL BUSINESS OWNER AND CANT TAKE TIME OFF LIKE THAT JUST MISSING HALF MY MORNING I CAN MAKE THE MONEY BACK AND BY A REAL TV ITS MY OWN MISTAKE BUT BEST BUY I AM DONE WITH YOU AND THE TV COMPANY IS TRASH!

    I bought this tv on Black Friday 2022. The TV was fine when I plugged it in around February 2023. Around July 2023, the TV kept getting a purple tint and no sound when using HDMI. It would go away after rebooting the cable box. I tried getting a new HDMI cable and swapping the cable box, but the TV continues to have the defect. I turned the TV on maybe 20 times. It’s too late to return at this point. I wouldn’t recommend this TV or any from HiSense.

    One of the worst TVs ive had. Remote stopped working out of the blue. Hasn’t even been a year since i got it. Even when the remote was working, the apps would stop working from time to time. Would have to unplug the TV and plug it back in for it to start working again. Just a headache of a “smart” TV.

    This tv is terrible. Half the time it doesn’t work, and sometimes it disconnects from the antenna. It always has captions on, even though we have them turned off in settings. I definitely do not recommend this tv.

    Good TV, the service from customer service was unprofessional. I paid and ordered Nov 15 for 1 tv and they tell me to wait till Dec 1 for a refund since tv never came but they took my payment. Horrible experience, so I went in store to purchase the same tv. Currently awaiting refund from original online order smh

    This tv has a beautiful picture, however, the sound is not a loud as I would expect. I have other tvs that the sound is much better. Will be purchasing a sound bar soon.

    Good Solid tv. I’m a big fan of android tv’s and I have a mix of Sony and Hisense. They both work great with HiSense actually performing better than the Sonys. Now this isn’t comparing picture, most of the extra tv’s aren’t there for quality, just extra rooms(This one went in my kitchen). The only issue that doesn’t make it a 5 star is room to install apps. Sony has plenty while HiSense has limited room. Memory is cheap, so they should add more.

    You get what you pay for with this one, it’s very laggy and on certain apps it’s a little choppy while watching something. Sound is also weird, talking is very quiet but any other noise is loud.

    Great picture and options for the money. I would definitely recommend this for any kid’s room as it’s big enough to keep their attention but small enough to easily hang on the wall by yourself.

    This is an excellent TV, especially for the price. We got another of the same brand that was not nearly as good. It was hard to set up, and the picture quality was not great. This television was a breeze for my mom and dad to set up, and to use. And the remote that comes with this TV is infinitely better than the other one. If you’re going to buy this brand, I recommend this one!

    Good TV for spare bedroom. Picture quality is a 7 out of 10. The OS is pretty slow on a fresh startup; you have to let it boot and then sit for a few min. before remote inputs are fairly responsive. Overall; I’d only recommend this TV for infrequent use as the OS is a little too slow for me.

    This TV is incredibly frustrating, at times, to work. It can get really slow when using it after using it got just a few hours and usually needs to be unplugged completely and sit for awhile before it runs again.
    A few of the apps are a little finicky at times, as well. Sometimes you’ll be watching a show or movie and it just stops in the middle of it and goes back to the home page.

    Tv is great and at a cheaper price. Only issue is I was told it came with remote ans was wrapped up with the TV. Called was told to go in and pick it up. My husband went and onece at the store was told it didnr come with a remote. It would have been nice to know at the beginning but over all good TV.

    This TV is garbage. Sure the picture is fine but it can’t even run apps smoothly. Streaming services lag, making it unbearable to watch. This happens over Wi-Fi or Ethernet. I have several smart TVs, even Android tvs, and none of them have such intense problems so consistently.

    I promise you the people rating this TV well simply haven’t used it much, or they just got it. Out of the box it was acceptable. I have used it somewhat regularly for six months and it is now a paperweight.

    If you’re into Plex or Jellyfin, this TV can’t decode all but the most basic codecs.

    I have enabled developer options, reduced animation time, reduced the number of background apps to zero.

    This thing is absolutely garbage, I made an account just to save you the hassle. It’s getting relegated to a dumb TV with a Roku plugged into HDMI. It even sucks at that btw- taking over a minute just to power up and switch to HDMI 1.

    Bottom line is spend 50 more bucks, it’s well worth your sanity. Otherwise gift it to someone you hate, it’s perfect for that.

    This TV sucks! It lags in its own menu on LAN line Gig speed worse on WiFi. Randomly leaves apps, stops movies while playing, and turns off randomly. It will freeze for a couple minutes while going through menus to decide what to watch and these issues are everytime I turn it on. The only thing it’s good for is gaming, because it’s not part of the so called “smart” tv. My Roku TVs never do this.
