    For almost $500, this soundbar is a joke. At higher volumes it begins to distort nusic, and the bass out of the “subwoofer” non-existing. A Vizio V21 for around $150 is a better performing soundbar. Denon shoud really stick to making receivers.

    Look no further for a great sound system, the bass is great since it’s forward shooting, and the 360 surround audio does great even without home theater system!

    Our wireless connection stopped working after a few years. Warranty was for two years. Called Denon, they said the systems broke, and nothing they can do. We spent a grand on soundbar and sub. Complete waste.

    Good sound, was a good value for what we paid. Will sometimes not power up so I have to unplug the power cord and plug it back in. If I had it to do over again I would’ve spent more to get the Bose.

    Start off this is good soundbar with good bass you can change the sound with 3 different modes which is great for vocals in tv shows and movies and adjust the bass levels unfortunately the bass doesn’t seem to work correctly with the vocals its just boomy and also the sound can get really loud the sound quality is really good but the Dolby Atmos speakers are horrible if they could fix that and get the bass blend more with the vocals it would be a great mid range but if you don’t care about Dolby Atmos and strong vocals this is still a great soundbar.p.s. The instructions are crap

    It looks really nice! It works very well 95% of the time. Some times it doesn’t recognize the tv hdmi arc connection. A simple power cycle resolves this! I like that it has quick EQ settings for different scenarios. Example: “night” cuts a ton of bass so it doesn’t wake up my kids! It’s pretty expensive though.

    This would be a good option for someone looking for access to Dolby Atmos technology. The sound is clear but the sub lacks the ability to thump. The sub is simply too small. Good option for a bedroom but not the best option for the primary TV entertainment.

    The soundbar is plug and play. Setup was easy. The sound being supplied over HDMI (eARC) and the wireless subwoofer just needing to be plugged into the wall for power. The Soundbar does not have wifi or smart capability. The sound quality is excellent with the upfiring speaker creating depth in the sound field. Overall great sound for a great price.

    I use the soundbar with my Samsung TV and to occasionally listen to music. I love the sound quality in general but I am specifically satisfied with the feature that lets you make movie dialogs more distinct and easier to listen to. Overall I am very satisfied.

    Sounds wonderful. Super easy to set-up. Only thing to consider is that my Fire TV remote cannot find a working IR code for controling the volume with the one remote. Otherwise 5 star

    I have a simple setup, Apple tv to soundbar to LG tv. The sound is good but, it will just randomly cut out in the middle of a show. Doesnt matter what app it is. A simple restart fixes the issue but it’s a soundbar, not a windows computer, I shouldnt have to restart it. Probably going to return it.

    Has poor sound quality. Volume is very weak. Minimual sound adjustments. The dialogue enhancing isn’t worth the cost of this soundbar.

    This is a good value for the cost. The sound is an upgrade for the tv speakers but the bass is a bit lacking. Again, for the price it’s sufficient but for those looking for a deeper rumble for your subs, you may want to look for something else.

    Great great soundbar for the value. Denon is a top brand from Japan and when this soundbar went on sale ($250), I got this soundbar to pair with my Sony 75 inch tv. Great sound quality, the bass from the speaker box is deep and nice. Setting up was pretty easy also. Would definitely recommend this as an excellent starter soundbar
