AWESOME DUAL RANGE! It was hard not to give it a 5 star. The reason I did not, was because it is not Finger Print Proof. Frustrating to clean. PRICE was STEEP. The Iron grates are beautiful, but there are only 3 grates that are full length from front to back and very heavy to lift. One knob sticks when I go to turn it on. The sound when the timer goes off, it is too quite. I still have to check if I can increase that sound.
The POSITIVES are: you can calibrate the oven, there are two size flames with each burner, it has a timer, the Steam Assist makes your meats juicy and moist. The range and oven does it all! The oven has three racks with a handle to pull out the racks. The knobs light up. There is one extra round burner that you can place anywhere on the stove. I use it to melt chocolate or simply put a hot pan on to cool after cooking. The BEST part is that you can reach someone at DACOR who can answer your questions and even service your range, unlike ZLINE and Samsung. Flames did not need to be adjusted either. Oven temperature was acuurate from the start.

After purchasing this range as a floor model from the Brookfield, Wisconsin store, I had to call the store to change the delivery date. Too bad you can’t call the store anymore… I was rerouted to some national call center that was not in this nation. The terrible language skills of the person representing Best Buy, caused this, instead of cancelling the delivery date, she
instead cancelled the entire order. “No” I exclaimed! “I am just changing the delivery date”! “Too late”, she stated, “It’s gone”! Then she hung up. I immediately called back, there was nothing anyone could do. I spent two hours on the phone, counting different accents, talked to 5 different people. Nobody could or would help. I called my sales rep and left a message on his cell phone. (Dylan). I drove to the store, talked to one of the appliance reps, (Bryce), he said that he would try to fix it but that it would take 4 to 5 days and that he would call me back. Of course, he never did. I went back down to the store at the 7-day mark. Talked to Bryce again. He told me the stores don’t answer their phones anymore. He also told me that the range was sent to Chicago for delivery which was over 100 miles away. (I live 12 miles from the store in the opposite direction) I asked for his card, he didn’t have any, (and of course he could not write it down on a piece of paper). I asked what they were going to do to help fix the situation, and he said nothing. They have refunded my money and that’s it. I could buy another range for 6 thousand more dollars and a longer wait time. I asked to speak to the store manager and was told that he was not in. Left my number (with someone else) and asked that the manager call me. No call yet and it’s been three days…No calls from Dylan, and of course no follow up from Bryce. What a disorganized cluster with incredibly bad customer care.
