    This product does really well except for it picks up a lot of false signals. The signals probably come from the new technology on cars with proximity detectors/sensors.

    Great Protection against the Barney Fife’s I have to deal with on a regular basis! Should have gotten one sooner! I can tell you from experience this is less costly than a speeding ticket!

    Not really the greatest, didnt work half the time when i used it, i even got arrested because i was going 120 down the freeway and it didnt detect the cop, maybe i should have plugged it in. Dont really recommend

    I’ve only had this a few weeks, but I will give my honest review.

    There are plenty of what seems to be false alerts, mostly K and X bands. I’ve never seen a police car when those bands hit. Usually X band seems to hit around department and grocery stores.

    KA band seems to be the most common for police, based on just a few weeks of using this. Every time I’ve seen a police car, it’s been the KA band.

    I’ve not been hit with Laser yet, so I can’t say anything about that.

    Seems to be great on the interstate and highways, but not so great for congested areas, that’s where most false alerts seem to come from.

    Overall, I’m happy with my purchase, and I would recommend this product.

    This radar is the best budget radar I ever had. I have beater car that I dont want to move my expensive radar detector into so I bought this and this could compare to my $600 radar detector.

    Takes a learning curve to fully realize its potential but once you’re there, you won’t need more.

    Since I travel a lot, I thought it would be to my advantage to invest in a really good radar detector. Sometimes you don’t realize you are driving over the speed limit especially if its a beautiful day and you’re enjoying some great music or listening to a good audio book. I’ve purchased radar detectors before however, this by far has been one of my better purchases.

    Unit seems to work on par for what you spend on this device. The suction cups leave something to be desired. I’ve noticed that overall range is not that great – didn’t really stand up in much of the side by side detector reviews – but for the price, not too bad…
