JoeyL144 –
For anyone has small space and doesnt want bass then this would be for you
Jay123 –
It’s being pitched as an all-in-one solution for those that don’t want a separate subwoofer, complexity, etc. That would be fine except for one thing: it doesn’t sound any better than a Vizio or similar that’s half the price. The connections are limited (just one HDMI), the speakers inside are just too small, and it doesn’t support DTS and so on but that seems to be the direction all soundbars are headed. I could live with that if it sounded amazing. It just doesn’t.
Bummed –
Just not worth the price for a slight upgrade of your tv speakers. The built in subwoofers are not enough. Was really looking forward to this bar. Would have kept it if it had an option for sub, wired/wireless.
Robert –
This product was a major disappointment, particularly when considering the cost of the soundbar as well as the company’s so-called “reputation” for being a leader in audio components. I actually think that my TV’s audio is far superior in quality than that of the soundbar itself. The integration of their mobile app with the soundbar is laughable when compared to Sonos. Much more limited manipulations of the soundbar when using the app. This one is going back.
trvrkapit –
Most people complain about lack of bass. Those reviews are very wrong. As long as you go into the app and adjust the setting I can feel the bass while sitting on my couch 7 feet away from this unit. The amount of power this bar can produce is awesome. Also, the height channels are very noticeable along with surround sound.
Finally, the remote pair works no problem. Just make sure you TV remote is in IR and not in bluetooth mode other wise the IR programmer wont work.
Vektor –
Not sure why all the hate this new soundbar is getting, but i think it sounds phenomenal. B&W always makes great products, sure this may not have as much bass as the previous Panaromas, but this now has eARC and can support losslees/uncompressed audio through Dolby Atmos/True HD. The clarity is just amazing, and the pricing of this compared to the new zeppelin or their other wireless products, honestly it’s not that bad. Only downside I guess is that you can’t add a sub, but IMO this is best for bedroom setups, not your main larger room home theater setup.
Samalfamily –
Best speaker we ever owned. The sound quality is very good.
Socaluser –
Was excited to try out the new sound at from B&W. Unfortunately the experience was disappointing. Soundstage is suited for a small room with little bass. My internal tv speaker with dynamic sound had better quality and more options.
JimL –
I’ve had 2 of these for about 6 months now. I like B and W products but the panorama 3 is disappointing For the price point. If I’m paying $999 for something I’d expect more than not bad. I like the clarity but I can’t add any speakers to make the sound better. No sub or surround. Supposedly this sound bar does it all. Not true! I won’t be buying the panorama 4. I threw away the boxes or I would have returned them both. I expect more from B snd W.
LG55CX –
Excellent option to upgrade tv sound quality without the complexity of surround sound system.
Give it your fair consideration!
HTaudiophile –
Tried this B&W soundbar for a few weeks now and i love fhe detail in sound i get our of this. Soundstage was pretty good considering this is a soundvar and the effects woth dolby atmos got me impressed
Yessir –
I’ve always been a fan of B&W speakers and this sound-bar is top notch. Easy to connect to my LR TV via HDMI (arc). Took the longest to configure my HDMI input on my Samsung TV.
mwschin –
It’s good for what it’s designed for. It only works through your TV, you can’t hook it up directly to your bluray player or through your AV receiver. You can only stream music to it, which negates any hi-res music/atmos mixes. Is perfect for someone who only watches tv/streams movies and music. Unfortunately not for the audiophile, which is weird because that’s B&W’s niche. This could have been more clear in the description, saved some hassle and an open box return.

I dont undersrand the bad reviews. I have tried every soundbar out there and this thing sounds amazing one of the best . The atmos effects are the best i have ever heard from just a soundbar system. The highs and mids are crystal clear. You can hear every nuanced detail. The dialogue is fantastic. You can always hear what is being said. I would say its even better than the bose ultra bar with AI dialog enabled. Surround effects are great in a small 10’x12’x8’ bedroom. The soundbar sounds huge with dolby atmos content. It sounds good with all content. The bass is good for a all in one bar. Not bass that you can feel more like you can hear it. Its good for a small room. Worth the money!!

Sounds great! But I decided to go with something else.
