Easy Setup and works well out of the box. Sound is vastly better than the built in TV speakers. Voice and bass boost modes are useful. The only ding on it is the lack of useful users guide.

I am hard of hearing and the speakers on a flat screen TV leave a lot to be desired for anyone! This Bose speaker makes listening much better when watching TV. And as a bonus when your not watching TV you can stream music that fill the room! Win win!!!

I returned this for a better system, the Bose Signa S4 3.1.2 Ch Ultra-Slim TV Sound Bar with Dolby Atmos and Voice Adjust because the voices were too hard to hear even when using the voice mode on the remote. Also, there was not a way to see which voice mode was selected on the TV or remote.

Great TV sound bar for small to medium sized bedrooms. Only thing is the cord that came with the speaker did not work with my TV. HDMI cable worked instead. From what I read, this is an issue coming from my LG TV, not the Bose speaker.

I honestly expected more from this sound ar considering how it was made by bose. The sound had minimal balancing and really sounded crappy, like it was being played through a tube. Luckily I was able to take it back though. Only positive experience with this.

I could never get it to work with the HDMI or optic connections to my LG TV. It worked briefly but only using Bluetooth; then it stopped working completely. It would not show up as a Bluetooth devise on any other devices. I tried everything, followed the Bose website trouble shooting steps, got a new battery for the remote, but only could get two white flashing LEDs that no one at Bose would tell me what they meant. The number for the Bose telephone help line is difficult to find and everyone there has a heavy accent and is very difficult to understand. Their only offer was that I could ship it to them for repair. I returned it to the store.

Sound quality is exceptional, and generally very balanced. Dialogue Mode is extremely effective at helping to balance against loud background noise and music. Very simple setup.
The only negative I’ve experienced: about 20% off the time, it won’t interface with the HDMI ARC, so I have to either cycle the TV and soundbar off and back on, or just use the soundbar remote for volume.
Overall, the value is great. I can’t imagine a better soundbar in this price range.

This is a great budget sound bar that also doubles as a wireless speaker for my IPhone. Most sound bar systems give the booming, movie theater sound that gets a little annoying when you’re just watching regular TV, but this one produces great sound that is an enhancement to both movies and regular TV. Would recommend.

Junk. Worked for one day and then stopped working but since it was in my bed room it was a few weeks that I had not used it and now Best Buy won’t take it back. Doesn’t work. Do not buy. Best Buy knows Bose is having problems with it. Bose knows there is a problem they said there is a 12 week repair wait on it.
