Great Product.
I like how it would automatically pause the music when I took them off but then it would turn back on when I put the headphones back on.
Noise canceling is unreal on airplanes……put them when you take off and you will not hear anything until you land.
Sound quality is the typical Bose quality that can’t be beat.

A bit pricey, but this is a brand new model, and an upgrade over their previous offerings.

I had the Sony XM5s for over a year and decided to splurge and give these a try. And I an very glad I did. In almost all categories that I value, these are just better. ANC and Transparency modes, fit and comfort, and portability are all clearly better IMO. Sound quality is really comparable – but the Bose “Immersive” mode make these really shine – making me want to listen to these all the time now. My Sonys have not been on my head since I purchased the Bose Ultras. I also have the Bose 700 headphones and these are a definite step up in almost every area. Bose’s App and list of features are not on par with Sony – but again, in those areas that I most value, Bose Ultras are the winner.

It is really soft on ears and crown area, which give you a REAL comfortable sensation.
Probably not necessary to say it considering is a Bose product, but the sound is AMAZING!
The buttons work great, works with a soft touch, especially the volume area.
And so if that were not enough, the best part starts when you connect the device to your phone; you will have an app with a lot of customizable options: Mode, Equalizer for each mode, Immersive Audio and Quick Access button (my favorite)… You can also see on the Bose Music app the battery level and manually control the sound level.
Recommendations? Just buy it!

Overall I like these headphones. The noise cancellation is really great and the immersive sound mode really makes it feel like the sounds are happening around you. The sound is clear and crisp. The one con they had was they weren’t as loud as I would have liked them to be. Especially when I am on work calls. They are also a bit on the expensive side compared to the other similar options.

I was a little nervous when my husband purchased these for me for Christmas because they are on the pricey side. I am so pleased with these! I can’t hear snoring or the tv playing at night. This blocks it all out. All of my other Bluetooth headphones are a pain to pair but not these. Nothing compares to Bose sound quality. I am beyond thrilled!

Audio is good. 3.5 mm does not work if headphones don’t have charge. Can not use while being charged. Battery life gets me a whole day. Pads are comfortable and are my all purpose headphones including gym use.
