Probably the most expensive ear buds I’ve ever purchased but I’ll tell you right now, it’s worth every penny. The sound quality is awesome! Talk about having an immersive experience!! Battery life is perfect and connectivity is instant. If you can swing the price, I would strongly recommend these ear buds. You won’t be disappointed.

This is my third pair of Bose wireless earbuds and the most expensive BUT these are by far the worst! They sound good when they work. But it’s CONSTANTLY disconnecting and when it’s connected it’s CONSTANTLY dropping audio for a second or two. It’s really frustrating and will be the last pair of Bose I buy. I wish I would’ve used them more during the return period because I would’ve returned them.

I purchased the Bose earbuds about a month ago. I’ve tested a lot of earbuds and these by far are the best ANC earbuds I’ve ever tested. They block out quite a bit of noise and the fit is very superb. As for the sound, they sound awesome. There’s quite a bit of bass that can be adjusted via the EQ app to give you a balanced sound signature. Two gripes about these earbuds are, one the low volume on a call and no wireless charging. I’ve reset the earbuds and of also updated the firmware and the volume on cause is still low. hopefully there’s a firmware upgrade coming soon to resolve this issue, if so, I think these are the best earbuds on the market.

After careful research, I decided to go with the Bose earbuds. I’ve owned various models of the Apple airpods and decided I wanted to try a different brand and model. It’s great for listening to music and movies but I am not completely sold on the sound quality when conducting calls. Otherwise I would have given them a 5 star review.

The sound quality is exactly what you would expect from Bose. The two big issues that I have with these earbuds are: 1) You cannot completely disable the touch controls on the earbuds. Even though the app allows you to disable shortcuts, if I try to adjust the earbuds when I am working out it pauses the music. I wish I could completely disable all touch control input. 2) The right earbud does not stay snug in the ear. The left one does, but the right does not, and this is after trying all the different types of bands that came with the product. I want to love them, but I can’t. I wish they still made the Soundsport, as those stayed perfectly in my ears. I will say that I would recommend them to anyone who apparently has ears that these can snugly fit.

Before I state my final warning, and review, here’s the good:
These things are amazing. Sound could be louder, but theyre great! My first pair were duds that i had to return, make sure you uave your reciept!

Heres the BIG downside… there are MANY connectivity issues which are WELL known by the bose community, where youll have to repair the earbuds, take them out, place them in the case, “reformat” them, over and over, etc.
*** This is NOT an issue with the earbuds, but Bose’s lack of desire to fix their FUDGING BUGGY APP!!! ***
ITS BEEN AN ISSUE FOR MANY MONTHS AND BOSE REFUSES TO FIX THEIR FUDGING APP!!!!!! FOR A 300 DOLLAR PREMIUM ITEM THIS IS ABSOLUTELY IRRESPONSIBLE AND SHIRTY OF THEM!!!!!!!
But aside from that (but lets be real. Its a HUGE issue and entirely something that they can fix, but refuse to because Bose is absolute dogshirt.
(Replace “fudging” and “shirt” with exactly what youre thinking)
If they fix the app, i wholehartedly recommend the product. Otherwise. Nope. All because Bose is a horrible and scummy company thay refuses to fix their app, which is absolutely assinine for a premium product.

These earbuds I believe they call them they are absolutely awesome it has three different settings the one you can hear nothing that is going on around you just total music the other one you are aware of what is going on around you besides the music… The sound is absolutely fantastic just exactly what you would expect from Bose
