Sound quality is great and noise cancelling is also top notch. Problem is they distantly lose connection and have be be repaired to device. Even if my phone suya they’re connected, they sometimes literally play no audio. For an almost $300 pair of ear buds they have the worst connection issues I’ve ever dealt with. There are firmware updates that need to be done that so kind of help but I’m becoming more and more frustrated with how inconsistent these things are. Just on that end alone I don’t think I’d recommend these. The most inconsistent pair of $300 ear buds I’ve ever owned.

Bought these for myself during a sale in December since my previous pair of Bluetooth headphones were finally dying. I’ve had these now for about a month and I wish I would have gotten them sooner. I hate having to turn the volume up too loud on my happiness, so the noise canceling feature was really important to me. Planning on buying a pair for my husband to upgrade his current Bose headphones!

I was deciding between these and AirPods. The only reason I went with AirPods was because of how seamless they integrate with my iPhone. Also, compared to AirPods Pro 2, the QC II has more of a bass and not as crisp as AirPods. The Bose earbuds have the best noise cancellation hands down. They are comfortable for all day use. Usually my ears will get sore when using Beats Pro, but I didn’t experience any discomfort with the Bose. Sometimes they would randomly disconnect, but I think it was due to interference of other Bluetooth devices. Other times I’d accidentally brush my hand against one of the earbuds, and the volume would change of my music. Overall really great earbuds.

These are the finest noise canceling ear buds money can buy. Bose has outdone themselves with these units. I’ve been using Bose noise canceling headsets for years in my airplane, and they are great, but this is another level of technology second to none.

Advertised for sleep but 5 hours when the battery gets low you are shocked awake by a loud voice announcing “your battery is low”. Disabling voice does not work because apparently per Bose it cannot be disabled. Not recommended at all for sleep.

They are great headphones, they really do have the Bose sound. My only gripes are they don’t come with more earbud silicone fitting sizes and that the sides are sensitive. Let’s say I’m trying to adjust the earbud into my ear, if I lightly tap the side, it pauses whatever is playing. And you’re not able to change the settings so that only one earbud accepts any touch command or to remove the pause feature from one. The noise cancelling is pretty good as well. I like that you can create your own setting for how aware you want to be of your surroundings. You’re also able to turn the volume up/down on the earbuds themselves, which is again a nice feature. If customizing the touch prompts on these were possible, I would say a solid 5 stars
