I Love these headphones, even though these where launced a couple years ago they seem to have updated bluetooth ability, works great on samsung A54 phone and a HP bluetooth computer….. 16-17 hours with 80 percent charge (dont want to burn up battery)
However I did buy this AS NEW Open box w/ all contents with thing was repacked twice and stickers put over old stickers? Wish best buy would reach out and clarify on this I saved the box

Bought these for my daughter as a Christmas gift. She loves them and every time I talk to her since she’s had them, she tell me how awesome they are. Specific comment is: I can’t hear anything other than what I have playing on my headphones.
She said when she has used them to take phone calls, the people have commented on how good they sound. She tells everyone how great they are! All in all, just what she wanted!

Cancels out noise as I need to in a high noise work environment. Being able to adjust the ambience is a great help. Sounds is pretty good as I dont have to turn it up all yhe way for quality sounds. My only issue is there is sometimes a connectivity issue where you cznt use your swipe functions. resetting the headset fixes this though.

Bose products are the best if you care about sound quality. I have owned the Quiet Comfort 2 headphones, one of their earliest, for over 15 years and love them. The foam cushion on the headpiece was disintegrating, and the ear pieces had their foam replaced. It was time for a new pair.
I was amazed at how much better the noise cancelling feature had gotten – not just for motor sounds, like airplane noise, but even people speaking. It’s greatly improved. You also have control over how much you want to cancel noise.
Control of volume, NC, on/off, pause, end call, etc., are all done by touch on the ear pieces and the instructions are easy to understand.
The headset is adjustable and very comfortable, and the sound is crisp, with good bass, which is to be expected from Bose. I highly recommend these Bluetooth headphones.

I am thoroughly enjoying my Bose maximum noise cancelling over the ear headphones. I already have a Bose 90pl0 Ultra Soundbar, which I also purchased at Best Buy. The Geek Squad (Along with the purchase of the “Total Coverage Plan” allows me to have the products I purchase added warranty coverage as well as access to the Geek Squad in case any issues come up. The headphones have the best sound and the hours of battery life is impressive as well. I recommend these Bose headphones to everyone!

I’m not an audiophile by any means, for the most part as long as it’s decently loud I’m happy. These pair of headphones literally make songs I’ve heard for years sound brand new. There are songs that I swear didn’t have certain instruments/verses and all of a sudden I hear them in 4k like if I was in the room while it was being recorded. add to that the fact that the material used is some of the softest things I have ever had on my head. Lastly the noise cancelling is so perfect and easy to fine tune in the app, and the conversation mode comes in clutch when i have to suddenly engage in human interaction.
