  • ¹ Testing conducted by Apple in March 2019 using preproduction Powerbeats Pro and Charging Case units and software paired with iPhone XS units and prerelease software. The playlist consisted of continuous pink noise at 80dB.
  • 5-Minute charge testing conducted with drained Powerbeats Pro that were charged for 5 minutes, then audio playback was started until the first Powerbeats Pro stopped playback. Battery life depends on device settings, environment, usage, and many other factors.

    I love everything about these earphones. The sound quality is stellar. The are the most comfortable and best fitting of anything I’ve used before. I don’t like the way Apple Airpods fit or feel and I don’t dig my Soundcore Liberty Pro earbuds fit or feel either. But these Beats are just right and their Apple provenance means the work automatically with my iphone. ipad, apple TV and Macbook Pro.
    You’d never know they were refurbished except for the 50% off the list price you save.

    I recently purchased the Powerbeats Pro earbuds and I am extremely impressed with their performance. The sound quality is fantastic and the noise isolation is excellent.     Opened these refurbished powerbeats, charged them, and use them once – only never to be functional ever again. After that one time, they never charged, never paired again, never showed a white light, and were subsequently returned. Despite being refurbished by Geek Squad, they refused to even touch the box or give me tips without coughing up $40 (which I refused to do). Apple couldn’t offer any solutions, nor did any of my self Googling troubleshooting.

    My suggestion: don’t buy refurbished. They will be such a waste of your time and energy.
