    Computer life is great, and I enjoy the touch screen. Computer camera is a bit blurry but I don’t need it. I like how you have the option to cover the camera as well.

    Very fast for web browsing and working on web based apps, touch screen is very responsive and accurate. With the screen up at 100% I’ve easily gotten 7+ hours of battery life. If you reduce the brightness whioe working you can extend the battery life further.

    This has been one of the best purchases I could have made for both work and school.

    This is my 5th Chromebook and by far the best. I currently have a Duet 3 as well and while I love that one for the portability, this ASUS is drastically faster. It has a great selection of ports, USB-C charging on both sides, backlit keyboard and pretty much everything you need for productivity and entertainment. It is obviously not super portable but I do take it with me on some trips when I need the screen size or just raw power. The only thing that I consider a negative is there is some backlight bleed on the edges of the display but it’s only noticeable on dark screens. I still notice it from time to time while watching Netflix due to the black borders but it doesn’t bother me.

    Good 2 in 1 only problem was keyboard not activated when took out of tablet mode. Hopefully that was a one device thing and the next one won’t be the same otherwise gonna lower the stars

    This Chromebook has a nice large screen, and provides very clear definition. Does everything I need and more.
    Good price too so I am very pleased with this purchase. BESTBUY had a large selection and the salesperson helped me decide what to chose based on my needs, pointed out the pros and cons of several different options. That was very helpful as I am not an expert by any means.

    I absolutely love this machine. It’s very solidly built, the screen is large and has excellent image quality, and the keyboard is sturdy and responsive. The only negative I have is that the screen shakes a little when I type, but if you flip it over and use an external keyboard, then there are no issues whatsoever (pic included). I don’t use it to run games except those from Google Play, but it runs all of those extremely well. If you understand it’s a Chromebook and all that entails, you’re going to absolutely love it!

    If your a Windows person stay away from chromebook. It’s like a big android phone and not compatible with Windows apps. Can only download apps from Google play store. Very limited.

    The keyboard backlight was DOA. SO disappointed. It shows on the screen the bright and dim, but the keys do not light up. It never worked right out of the box. I will not be buying another asus computer again.

    I bought this product from Bestbuy and within 6 weeks, the chromebook is not switching on without the power adapter. It always says battery is FULL. But not turning ON. I am very upset with this product. I am looking for support from Bestbuy/ Asus.

    Overall a good little laptop for the money, sometimes runs a little wonky, but when reset it runs a bit smoother, not a good laptop for surfing the net but works well for streaming.

    Really tho, its a 4.5. Battery life isnt what I expected, but I do watch a lot of videos…. my bad. SOOOO much better than a Windows laptop. Its very fast and NO bloated pre-installed programs!!! LOVE IT!!!!
