Whoever owned this computer neglected to have their password removed. Apple makes a great product and I could have lived with one that was pre-owned. However, since this person didn’t do the right thing (also, they sent an off brand keyboard and mouse) I decided to get a new set and start from there.

Had to buy compatible key board and mouse the one given didn’t work because it was for windows I would probably recommend it but make sure key board and mouse are compatible

This is a total rip off. It should not be sols to people at all. It runs very slow, doesn’t work well with the latest technology, and it’s out of date, a 2015 version. This purchase was a total waste of time. Looks good on the desk. It’s just an expensive paper weight. Don’t aggravate your self. I was surprised at Best Buy for selling this item period.

Item was in good shape. Came with an off brand keyboard and mouse not wireless like apple desktops. Computer seems to be slower than my normal Mac. Great value price wise for used.

So far I have loved this computer! I have only owned Windows computers so it took me a bit to adjust to MacOS and understand how to update and such, but I’m starting to get the hang of it. I purchased the refurbished one because it’s so much cheaper and I know it is certified by Geek Squad

Computer arrived in good condition but ran very very slowly. Did not realize how slow it would run as it was certified refurbished. Must have just been the age of it. Unfortunately you couldn’t upgrade it either. They should put a restriction on the age of products they sell. Worked fine but just wasn’t what was expected.
