    I love my digital picture frame. I do not have to worry about having enough space on my walls for a physical picture. Not only that, whomever I share my frame with can add pictures of their own, seemlessly. I actually woke up this morning and have pictures of my grandchildren that my daughter shared overnight!

    The picture quality of this frame is incredible. It’s light weight, sleek, and looks great on our kitchen counter. The APP is easy to set up and intuitive. Sending pictures to the frame was super easy. I’m loving this and will get it for my parents so I can send them pictures of my kids often.

    The display is high gloss, so there is a lot of reflection. The software auto-crops pictures to fit its resolution, which is a bad feature they don’t advertise. You cannot use the USB port because of its location, unless you have a thumbnail sized flashdrive. It wouldn’t read my micro SD card either.
    Also, there is a floating menu button that is always on the display.

    Do not buy.

    I tried to connect it to my wifi to preload pictures. After entering my password the device shows that I am connected; however, on the next page it states “please connect to the network, click refresh button”. No matter how many times I’ve refreshed the page, it does nothing. I have tried looking for a factory reset button, but it doesn’t exist. I have tried resetting my internet modem and nothing changes. I have tried forgetting the connection and re-entering the password multiple times, yet nothing changes. In addition, I have noticed bubbling (as if the touchscreen wasn’t sealed tightly) around the matted part of the frame. I purchased this frame brand new for an in-store order pickup. It also looked like the box was in rough condition with holes found in the plastic covering. Either go in-store to find an undamaged product or just don’t with this brand. Unfortunately, I will be returning this and buying from a different brand.

    I selected this frame based on its high resolution display. Our photos look fantastic when viewed on the picture frame. The app is very simple to setup and in general makes it fairly easy to send photos to the internal memory. However, I wish there was some form of connectivity with Google Photos as that is where I store most of my images.

    The screen resolution is great! You can view pictures and videos in the same quality as your phone. The speakers work pretty well when vieweing videos. The expandable storage allows you to make this into an unending slide show. As for uploading pictures and videos, you have 2 options, the app and via email.I’ve been using the app and it’s been working great. The app does have pretty terrible reviews in the appstore which made me think twice about buying this but so far it’s been a seamless experience for me.

    The price of this smart frame was very reasonable. I wish the frame was built a little sturdier and that the frame stand was a lot better. For the price I paid for this smart frame, I have to sacrifice a little on the quality. For the money, I do not think you can beat this frame. This frame is actually the second one I purchased in the past two months. The first one was for a gift to my father-in-law and the second smart frame was a gift for my wife. Like I mentioned earlier, for the money, you can’t beat this smart frame

    I purchased this frame to place pictures of my 26 year old daughter that recently passed away. We had services in two different states. One of the buildings did not have any over head screens to play power point pictures of memories of my daughter. I was able to transfer the pictures of the power point from the first memorial to the frame for the second memorial. We placed the frame on a table with items of my daughter to remember her. It was beautiful and helped to make the service special.

    This is the second frame that I purchased, and once again, the screen goes black and won’t work. The first one last 3 months and the second lasted just over a year. $249 is too much to spend on a piece of junk that doesn’t last. Buyer Beware! You’ll love it at the beginning, but not for long.
