Good chair. Really comfortable. My only problems are the spring in the knob under the chair is really tight so the chair doesn’t lean back very easily even when loosened completely. Also, It seems pretty over priced.

My only complaint was the instructions were pretty vague other than that the chair is exactly what it said it would be and we are VERY happy with it!!!

The chair is good once you set it up but some of the instructions aren’t clear. There are parts that are in the package but on the instructions it doesn’t say how to install them. Also, the lever to adjust the chair isn’t installed already as the instructions show it is so you have to figure it out yourself.

Comfortable, and assembled easy, once I watched the video on their website. Only a couple of complaints. One, the flat part of the seat is narrow, so for slightly wider in the upper leg folks, I’d spring for the wider version. Second, doesn’t go up as high as i’d like. Acceptable pricewise when on sale but at full price i’d go try others…..and definitely try before buy on a chair anyway.

I did a lot of research to fine a gaming chair for my son. I needed a good price, comfort, and room because my son (adult) is a pretty big guy. This is a second gamer chair purchase because the first one fell apart (different brand) He said after he adjusted the arms of the chair he was good to go and he loves it! I am confident this one won’t break and I did worry because my son is probably 6’1 and weighs about 300lbs (maybe a lil more) and the chair is comfortable and like I said he loves it! He uses it at his desk to play his computer games & also console games.
