    Gotta love it! Using just my antenna I can watch and record local channels, that I can then play back any time, any where. On vacation and want to watch local sports or news? No problem! I’ve been able to tune in to my home server from Central America even! Even my wife approves!

    It was a good membership deal, but it does not offer regular tv channels as it claims.

    I enjoyed being able to test out Plex’s DVR and commercial edit features before buying a life time membership.

    Sadly my old HTPC is not up to the task of digital encoding fast enough.
    So Plex will have to wait.
    But this made it easy to decide.

    Very happy with Plex in general. I went a long time without purchasing a subscription, because the extras aren’t useful to me day to day, but liked the commerical skip function only available with premium. Went ahead and got the lifetime subscription after this. They seem to be adding new features regularly, so who knows what goodies come next.
