SHIPPING POLICY

We prepare all orders between 1-2 business days (Mon- Fri). You will be sent a confirmation email with your tracking number once your package ships.

Please double check all shipping information before submitting your order. Your order will be delayed if we have to contact you to update incorrect information.

Your order may be delivered to you by either the local post office or a local courier. Most orders will be delivered by your local post service, so the package will arrive with your regular mail. If you are not home when the delivery is made, a notice may be left by the postal service advising where your delivery can be collected.

We will not re-ship packages returned for wrong or incomplete addresses and customer unavailability.

If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it, you must contact the delivery carrier and address the issue directly with them. Drip Dynasty does not hold or accept responsibility for packages that have been stated as delivered by the carrier. We do not issue refunds or credits for packages that the carrier confirms as being delivered.
