At Start Mini Mart, we’re committed to providing high-quality products and excellent customer service for your everyday needs. We understand that issues can sometimes arise, which is why we offer a 15-day return policyspecifically for defective products only.


What Our 15-Day Policy Covers

If the product you receive is defective or damaged, you may request:

  • full refund within 15 days of your purchase.
  • No exchanges are accepted. Returns are processed exclusively for defective items.

After this 15-day period, we can’t process refunds or returns. However, please feel free to reach out to us for assistance with any concerns you may have.


Limitations & Exceptions

Our 15-day policy doesn’t apply to issues caused by:

  • User mishandling or improper use.
  • Shipping damage not reported within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Accidental purchases.
  • Changes of mind or voluntary cancellations.

Refunds and returns are only granted when the problem originates from the product itself, not from external causes. Products must be returned in their original packaging with all included accessories.


Returned Payments & Disputes

By placing an order, you agree to our payment terms. If a payment is reversed or disputed, you’ll be responsible for:

  • $50 returned payment fee.
  • The full amount of your original order.

Unresolved balances may be forwarded to a third-party collections agency and, when necessary, reported to relevant authorities.

Refund Process

If your refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 5 business days. Returned products must be shipped back to us at your expense, unless the defect was due to our error.
