    I am a real estate investor and currently renovating a couple of duplexes. I saw this product and it matched the other appliances previously purchased for one of the units. I wasn’t going to be able to have it installed until a few weeks after the purchase due to the kitchen cabinets not being installed. I finally installed it and it is leaking everywhere. I called to explain the situation and there was no consideration given at all. I was told that I was past the 30 days by 5 days. I think that its really messed up since that it partially the Best Buy facility’s fault. However, the product is leaking from a couple of places. I will definitely strongly considering somewhere else for my household needs.

    I am enjoying the great features of my Whirlpool dishwasher. The three cycle feature is wonderful for cleaning fine dinnerware to more challenging items such as pots and pans. The noise level of the dishwasher is barely audible. I am truly enjoying the performance of my Whirlpool dishwasher. Fantastic purchase!

    For a low cost dishwasher, this Whirlpool cleans dishes very well and is not too loud. If you really want a low db dishwasher, you need to add at least $200 to your price. This one has minimal features but cleans extremely well which is what you want from a budget dishwasher!

    I’m a little dissatisfied with our new dishwasher. Every other row on the bottom is too narrow for our bowls. Also, it is set on dry, but everything is still wet, even after keeping the door closed for hours.

    This appliance is decent for the price. It seems to wash dishes just fine. The drying function doesn’t appear to dry as well as I would like. Definitely need some sort of rinse aid to aid in that process. But if you don’t need all the bells and whistles, this machine serves its purpose.

    Circulation pump (wash motor) failed on unit only two years old. At almost $200.00 for the pump plus labor the cost to repair this unit is not worth it. I could replace it myself but to put this amount of money into a two year old dishwasher is disgusting. One year warranty is not much confidence in your product.

    Basic functionality does a great job. I love the 1 hour feature wash. Plenty of room for silverware and spatulas fit nicely in there too. Not overly found of the angling of the posts on the top rack for glasses so I did bend some slightly to my liking.

    Good for the price. Don’t plan to load to capacity and expect to have all clean dishes. Also, don’t forget to get your drying towel – you will need it if you plan to unload just after a wash!

    It’s about what I expected. Not a lot of controls on it but I wanted basic. There is water on the door after running it and it doesn’t dry up but everything else is fine. As in all dishwashers I think water settles on the top rack on the glasses or cups.

    We bought this dishwasher in the summer of 2020. It is now just over 2 years later and it is literally falling apart. The door springs have broken, so now the lid just falls open if you forget to let it down slowly. About 90% of the tines in both the upper and lower baskets are beginning to rust at the tips. It appears as though the coating they use to coat the steel baskets is thinner than what they used to use, or it just wasn’t applied correctly at the factory. The inlet water valve also just needed to be replaced as it wasn’t opening all the way causing the dishwasher to under-fill. The only positive thing is that it is quiet. But that doesn’t really matter if it doesn’t last more than a couple years. This will be our last Whirlpool product.

    So far so good. We haven’t had it long and haven’t used it much but it sure does look good!! We needed a new dishwasher to replace the one we had that just stopped working. Rather than pay someone to try to fix the old one, we thought it best to just buy a new one. It’s the same one we had before just a newer model. We really like the look of this model. It’s simple and plain with no name on the front panel. We needed black and there weren’t many choices that look like this one. The old one only lasted six years. We hope this one lasts a lot longer. It’s just my wife and me, so it won’t get that much use. We don’t cook at all, so it won’t get put to the test of cleaning any pots and pans. Honestly, we bought this model more for looks than anything else. Hopefully we made a good decision.

    Really good dishwasher. Seems a little smaller than my 13 year old Magic Chef dishwasher and less options. But solid machine that is quiet enough and does a good job. I like it and would buy again.
