    If you’re used to or expecting Breath of the Wild or Tears of the Kingdom… this isn’t it. But it’s still got plenty of Zelda charm. More juvenile in game play, controls are a bit tricky, and a LOT of cut scenes. If you love the Zelda franchise, I’d still get it, but just make sure you watch some gameplay videos ahead of time to know what to expect.

    I can understand why Skyward Sword was not liked back when it came out on the Wii but playing it now on Switch feels like a completely different experience. Great game that any fan should play through.

    Not my favorite game in the series but I like how they translated the Wii controls over to the Switch. It was awkward on the Wii but feels more natural this way. Another solid Zelda title but feels a bit dated nowadays

    I bought this for my nephew for Christmas. He loves it very much. I know it is a remake of an older game, but I played the original and enjoyed it. I’m giving this 5 stars because he’s been playing this exclusively on his Switch.

    It is fun going back in time to play the games I played on the original systems. Makes me remember just how far the video and music have come in this series. It’s also amazing just how much I forgot about the game play and what I needed to do next. I figured it all out again. Fun times!

    I enjoyed the Switch remake better than the original Wii version. The controls are still kind of screwy as you use the right joystick to use your sword (or you can use motion controls) not my favorite, but still a solid game for your switch.
