    Kids seem to enjoy it. It wasn’t too bad to get set up and seems pretty easy to use. It seems to already be aging, though, being wired (which is obvious but still worth pointing out), having black-and-white pass-through, and using Fresnel lenses. For the price this thing costs, it should have some better technology built into it. But all that said, it’s comfortable and still looks and feels great so not really complaining.

    Its pretty dope but be careful of the cord and don’t break the connector. Purchase the protection plan.

    This has been the absolute worst retail experience of my entire life. I ordered this product and it was not delivered either because there wasn’t a safe place to deliver it (even though I was home and an attempt at delivery was not made) or it was damaged during delivery. I am still waiting to get a refund nearly a month later. I have been promised that it has been escalated and that I should receive an email within 24 hours multiple times over the last week. I was forced to dispute the charge with my credit card company. Best Buy has lost a loyal customer forever.

    Great experience. It flawlessly combines VR and AR and i really wasn’t even looking for it. The headset is designed for all shapes and sizes of heads. Another home run Sony!!

    The PS5 VR, exceeded my expectations. I previously owned the PS4 VR headset as well as the Oculus. The PS5 VR far out performs both of these, and the games I already owned were all playable with just a small upgrade price.

    Kids love it. The game is fun too. It is easily to adjust to different sizes too. I like that it isn’t as open to social gaming as the meta. Price was pretty high but considering it has so many cameras on it and screens on the inside. I suppose it isn’t that bad.

    Loved my psvr 2. One thing that’s keeping this review for 5 stars is when you plug in a wireless charging magnet (bought separately), the controller’s buttons won’t work. Overall great headset. Just make sure to unplug the magnets from your controllers when you’re not charging them

    We ended up going through two of these before finally returning it for good. The left controller is extremely glitchy at best. My husband did everything he could to get it to work without having to reset it every single time the game was turned on, but even after factory resetting the PS5 it wouldn’t work. For $600, you’d think that Sony would get a patchout to fix the issue. So much for getting him a Christmas gift he really wanted. 🙁

    PSVR2 is the truth so far. Games are great. graphics are great. the cord is cumbersome sometimes if you get too involved in the games. The controllers take some time to get used to, but once you di they perform as advertised. So far the best game is GT7. I hate GT games, but using GT7 in VR has made me appreciate GT games at a level I didn’t think possible. I’m hitting the lines, braking when I should, and I feel totally like a race care driver when sitting in the cockpit of a sports car. it is is unreal and amazing to say the least. Worth the purchase . i use it to watch movies too to get that theatre feel, and the only thing missing is the popcorn.

    Haven’t been able to use it. Bought open box excellent conditions but game wasn’t in there no code or nothing called customer service after 8 people I had to repeat my situation they finally told me I was going to get gift card for 59.99 in the mail couldn’t be issued via email even though product was purchased online crazy worst customer service I haven’t received no email about how they are going to resolve that’s what I was told and nothing in the mail as well it’s a little early for the mail because it’s Been 6 days and they told me 7 to 10 days but the fact the the man over the phone couldn’t send me an email stating what he was saying is bizarre to me when that’s how they identify you name , email, telephone crazy what a disappointment Best Buy

    Great set to be real honest i got it for the kids but i ended up playing it and its very well put together.. not fond of the wired part for the PS5 for the price but the quality on the game is great.. definitely need more content on the ps5 library for the VR2

    Let’s go over the easy things first: this is an incredible headset with absolutely not setup required – you simply need to plug the one USB-C into your PS5 and you’re ready to rock. Additionally, while everyone raves about the screen – it really is phenomenal being a 4K OLED display, it’s the haptics that are the standout. Having the headset shake your head as a large enemy rushes by is incredibly immersive.

    Lastly – the controllers. They are ergonomically amazing, very comfy and the haptics are phenomal – truly some of the best controllers I’ve ever used in my 35+ years of gaming.

    Now onto my one small bag – the fit. The headset fit my perfectly, but it moves a little on my wife, so she has to adjust it every 30 minutes. Not a big issue, but annoying enough.

    All in all, this really is a fantastic piece of hardware with a fantastic library of diverse titles.

    Paid extra for open box version that had the game but the code was used, so basically it was false advertising. I called Bestbuy and they said even though I paid extra for the game they couldn’t refund me for the game that wasn’t in it.

    The vr2 bundle was a last min xmas gift that was a real lifesaver. The system itself really needs no explanation or further review; you can find those anywhere. Just wanted to make note of the convenient options they offer when time constraints are an issue. They always come through without any headache or hussle. Brick and mortar stores are going away, they say. Hope BB manages to stick around.

    Purchased open box item. It was missing the game. Very poor customer service and support. Not giving a penny to this crap company anymore. Lot of other retailers out there these days. Sooner or later they Best Buy is going out of business and down the drain.

    10 out of 10!!!! Our son loves this VR system! He had the older version and now says this one is better than that! All of his friends really enjoy coming over and playing! Perfect for the teenagers! Definitely recommend!!!
