    Bought open box excellent condition rated item but it’s dented, scratched, and missing everything. The charger is $80. How anyone decided this was in excellent condition clearly shows they don’t care and have bad QC. This is what best buy said excellent open box items are:

    Looks brand new
    Includes all original parts/accessories
    Typically contains packaging

    Contacted support and they told me I have to deliver it to the local best buy for a refund even though this is clearly their fault. I would have never purchased an open box in poor condition.

    Purchased the Sonos Move from Best Buy online as open box, condition: “excellent” but the item was not “excellent”

    I received the speaker and that was it. No charger, charging base, or even the original box.

    I clicked support on my order but it just puts me into a loop on the website.

    Went on Sonos’ website to buy a charger and base and it’s $79. No way am I paying for that.

    Absolutely amazing. Best sound I’ve ever heard from a portable speaker. The battery life could be better, but spend the extra and get the Move2 if that’s a major concern. Either way, the sound won’t disappoint.

    I have a handful of different Sonos products and I really like the sound of this. In comparing to the Sonos 1, this sounds way better hands down. The ability to move it around the house/outside, etc is also great. It’s really a nice speaker.

    I have not really had to put the battery to the test yet as I sit it on the dock usually.

    Pretty good sound. Will pair with Amazon Alexa to use as an individual speaker, but will not sync with whole house Alexa speakers. Alexa studio sounds just about as good and will pair with all Alexa speakers

    I’m a big fan of Sonos products. I would have more of them if they weren’t so expensive! That being said you get what you pay for. Great sound quality and I love the fact you can pair with other Sonos products to have music in multiple rooms or areas of your house.

    After six months of multiple calls to Sonos’s customer service trying to get my Move to stay connected to my Wi-Fi, they are telling me now that it has to be plugged into an ethernet cable in my wall. That doesn’t make it “move” does it? I’m so irritated and frustrated and now it’s well past the return window and I’m stuck with a $400 useless piece of equipment that is now discounted to 160. Great job, Sonos.
