Its a great comfy chair with only a couple flaws. The head rest is not high enough for me and it is not meant for sitting on for very long stretch of time. Other than that its nice and comfy and offers great posture support.

Confused –
Product arrived damaged but based on the packaging it wasn’t due to shipping this happened at the factory. The seat base had a tear and the lever retention clips were both busted. The black inserts on the arms were bent and squished to to the point they couldn’t be used.
First off. the seat back is a lot shorter than it looks in the pictures. I’n 5’7″ and it only comes up to the top of my shoulder. No head support at all.
Second, the leather is VERY cheap. I don’t expect it to last a full year before wearing away, tearing, or flaking. The paint job on the metal was mediocre at best. abrasions and runs in the paint present on the arms.
Honestly if I wasn’t so busy I’d return it. I’d have to take it to the store since the original shipping box wouldn’t survive a return shipment. Spend your money elsewhere. If the chair was prices around $100 it may be acceptable quality but this is pretty bad for what they’re charging

As i work at home and I’m on the chair for about 8-9 hours daily. I have nothing but good things to say about this chair. The lower back support is so great and makes the days a lot more comfortable. Im 6’1 and 240lbs and absolutely love this chair!!

After such poor service from BestBuy, I decided to return this chair. It was not comfortable at all, ended up buying something else from Office Max. I would’ve bought another chair from BestBuy, however I experienced the worst customer service from them. The customer service reps and at the store!

I was expecting a taller chair, I’m 6’2 and the top comes up to my shoulders, I can’t even rest my neck, so make sure it’s your size, I was expecting a full size executive chair for $250? It’s very comfortable, but too short.
