    It has served me well, but I have two gripes. After having this dryer for a while, it seems like the automatic dry setting doesn’t work as well. The clothes are still damp sometimes. I still have to revert to the manual dry setting. Secondly, the lint trap could of been designed better.

    too many options that i will never use, but the normal dry time is fantastic. great for heavy items like towels and hoodies. if you dont mind waiting there is a eco-boost setting for using less electricity with is a plus in my book.

    We’ve had this dryer for a bit over a month now. So far it has been working great and is very easy to use. There was one load we did that was still damp at the end and had to run again but it could have just been a fluke.

    Love this dryer- it is gorgeous! It does sometimes turn off when clothes are damp- so you need to use the time dry option.

    Really nice dryer for the price, purchased it while it was on sale. Purchased with the pedestal, the pedestal provides storage and makes the dryer looks very high end. The only downfall, took almost 6 months for Best Buy to finally deliver the product, due to many reasons, or more appropriate, excuses.

    Worked great at first…We’re 15 months into use and the dryer won’t automatically turn off at end of cycle. After looking online, this is a common issue/problem from Samsung dryers. Easy/temp fix is to unplug after each use OR take off top panel, unplug/re-plug the connections on the computer board and put it all back together. Will work for a few more loads before having to redo this again. A new board is about $100.00 and easy to swap but after 15 months, it should STILL WORK… will NOT buy another Samsung.

    Failed two months after warranty ran out. The heating element failed. Even before that, the drying felt sub-par compared to the LG we used to have. Samsung couldn’t care less after I reached out to them.

    LOVE LOVE LOVE! Very spacious. No issues once mounted and vent clasp applied and fitted correctly. Love the setting options and energy efficiency. Great dryer!

    Dryer has problems with the main circuit board that takes three weeks to arrive. We had to pay $350.00 for service after 13 months. One month out of warranty. Now after 17 months, more problems with the heating element that has been ordered and will take another week. Have spent about $650 in repairs and it is not even two years old!
    Samsung’s response is pitiful.
    Get the extended service contract, you will use it several times.

    Easy to use with lots of presers but took some fiddling with settings to find which one dries the best. No issues at all so far. Last dryer was also a samsung and lasted 8 years before i replaced heater coil. Lasted another 4 years before i sold it and bought this one. Very satisfied and love the black color.

    Very happy with purchase. The electric models are very efficient. I know because I purchased a gas and electric unit. Gas units are not allowed for walkin closets.

    I’ve had the washer and dryer for 2 years and both have worked exceptionally well. I’ve not had any issues. There is the option to connect it to WIFI which I love! I get notifications to my phone when both are in use and when cycles are complete.

    The Samsung Stackable Smart Dryer lives up to my expectations for a dryer. I love the steam sanitize & refresh, quick dry, air fluff, the sensor drying, and not least the color black is beautiful. I’ve had 2.5 years and no problems at all.

    I am very dissatisfied with the work of my dryer because I constantly encounter the problem that bulky clothing and bedding cannot be dried immediately. The drying process cannot be left unattended because the clothes constantly twist into rolls so tightly that it is impossible to unwind them. As a result, clothes can spin in the machine for an hour and the machine will turn off, indicating that the cycle is complete, but in reality everything inside the roll is still very wet! This is frustrating! I was advised to put felt balls in the dryer and then tennis balls to prevent the clothes from rolling up, but then I have to retrieve the balls from the twisted sheets and blankets. Additionally, when I remove the clothes and linen, all the balls spill onto the floor and now I have a new task of collecting the balls after drying! I am extremely disappointed that my new and modern machine requires the use of such balls that don’t really help! Another problem is that the dryer does not control overheating, and sometimes after the drying cycle ends, it continues to dry, setting additional time, causing delicate clothing to over-dry and get ruined. I need to constantly monitor the cycle and control the drying. Overall, I am extremely dissatisfied with this product and regret buying it.

    Worst manufacturer service. Dryer started making weird noise even after turning off the power. Manufacturer said they’ll charge extra to fix that.

    I love my washer and dryer set. The connectivity makes it easy to control and customize with my phone. I really like the alarm chime that lets me know when the cycle is finished. It’s loud enough to be heard from my living room without being annoying or startling.

    I had an earlier model of this dryer and loved it so when it was ready to be retired I looked to replace it with the same. This one is much the same as the one it replaced with a few minor changes.

    All-in-all I am very pleased with this dryer and plan on getting another 8 of 10 years of reliable service from it as I did with the one it replaced.
