    I received it after the week of Black Friday I don’t like people much so getting a dryer save me from going to the laundry mat. All the features are nice and got it at a decent price. I picked it up and was easy to install (word from my better half)

    Room for thought: be aware the lint collector is a bit more bulky and you have to work a bit to open it (it’s like a cage) and then put it back in the hole which can be impossible for seniors. If you aren’t stacking or putting the dryer on a pedestal, you do have to lean pretty far down to get the clothes out (again more of an issue for seniors and bad backs).

    Seems to be a good product. Doesn’t seem to get as hot as our old LG did but that’s not necessarily a bad thing.

    Almost always shuts off before our clothes are dry (even on the “timed” setting) except when it doesn’t – I’ve had the “sanitize” setting get stuck on for HOURS before we noticed which could easily burn a house down. The paint and finish is peeling. Just total trash for the price. Will not purchase Samsung for the replacement.

    Simply put, it doesn’t dry well. If you have a small load of light things, it’s fine. But put in a pair of jeans and you’ll be running two cycles, even at the highest temp for an hour.

    I love the aesthetic look of the washer and dryer, I had it installed this weekend by best buy, and the first time using my washer, it was leaking from the door. I did call Best Buy customer service and they were able to schedule an exchange of the washer this week.
