Two years and two years old….leaking. Appliance tech couldn’t find the source in two visits. Looks great and runs nice but LEAKS. It was the replacement for a four year old Samsung that could not be fixed. We purchased a Samsung suite of appliances and the microwave was repaired three times and then replaced….fridge has been repaired twice. I would never ever buy Samsung again. Going with Bosch today.

Great dishwasher for the price! Had to replace my older, heavier built to last, so there are some downsides to buying a new dishwasher. However, this one certainly exceeds expectations. Super quiet! I literally had to put my ear up to it to make sure it was actually working! The only downside is I wish the upper rack was deeper and the rails were tighter (makes it feel cheap). Other than that I cannot complain.

So far so good! I’m getting used to loading it (every dishwasher is different) and I do feel like the space is better utilized than dishwashers I’ve had before. I feel like I can get more dishes in there. I also like that it doesn’t take an hour to do a load on a normal wash cycle.

Very disappointed in Samsung with this one. My dishwasher at my last house was extremely old and yet worked 10x better. I complain so much about this dishwasher because it has yet to work well once since purchasing. I have done every troubleshoot recommended by the manufacturer for drying the dishes and nothing works. My old dishwasher didn’t even require rinse aid and it dried the dishes. This one you pay for rinse aid and it still makes no difference because the dishes will never be dry. I only gave it two stars because of its sleek design. I would still rather have something maybe not as appealing to the eye that actually performed it’s intended functions.

We purchased this dishwasher to replace our non-functional Bosch dishwasher. The installation process was straightforward. The machine is slightly noisy, but it cleans effectively. Despite using heat dry and a drying agent, there does seem to be a noticeable amount of water left at the end of the cycle.

Really easy to install yourself with the help of YouTube and some mild handy skills. It doesn’t do a good job of drying dishes if you load up too many dishes. The touch panel isn’t the most responsive at times. The top mounting bracket was too long for underneath my cabinet so I had improvise. It washes dishes reasonably well for the price. I like the depth of the drawers.

DO NOT BUY AT ALL. I wish I could give it a zero it doesn’t even deserve one star. Just bought on October 22nd and it’s just Dec 11th and this thing suddenly started the draining prob, nothing is getting cleaned (I put em in there after rinsing) or drying. This dishwasher is a piece of crap.

I purchased this dishwasher scratch and dent, best deal ever for the price (200$). But would never pay much more than that. Some main issues is just how its built, its always sliding off the track, its built into the door. When you slide it out there is no bridge in the gap between the door and the body of the dishwasher it clunks down every time, very annoying. Not a very good latch either, very easy for a toddler or little kid to open, no button it just held by resistants of a chincy clip, im just waiting for it to break. So far runs good, cleans well.

When using the normal mode the dishwasher does not empty. At the end of the cycle there is soapy water in the pan. We have to manually drain the appliance by starting it, then canceling it to cause it to drain. This can take up to three cancel cycles to drain the pan. The normal light flashes fast. When using the auto setting, the unit does not drain and the heavy light flashes fast. The appliance will not complete a full cycle in any of the settings without soapy water left in the pan. I removed both filters in the pan and found no blockages. Builder purchased the dishwasher for our new construction house 6/22/22. On 4/28/23 we closed on the new construction house and moved in. The builder was notified of the dishwasher problems on 11/29/23. Extremely disappointed that we only got seven months use and were advised by Best Buy that one year from the purchase date had expired (that only gave us 2 months of actual use before the end of the one year timeframe).

Don’t buy that dishwasher. There is a lot of bad reviews about the top rack getting all rusty and it breaks apart. We had the dishwasher for 2 years and it is falling apart. The problem with that one is that it never dries and after the cycle it is still wet inside so it creates moisture and everything rust. I don’t recommend.

Having a new dishwasher is definitely nice! Only complaint is if you position something large in front of the soap dispenser, it will sometimes not completely use the soap and require an extra cycle. Overall it works great.

It is Jan 19th 2024. Bought this Samsung dishwasher April 2023, the thermistor and the main board shows its fail. I had bought the total tech membership also with it so they installed it and removed it per the membership. So when it was not working i called their tech support and told them what was going on and they asked for the serial number which is on the inside of the door. I told them it is not there and that you can see the sticker residue where it should have been. They said no big deal on the phone and 5 days later the tech came out and said he could not order the parts because he needs the serial number. (He told my wife its like ordering car parts from the dealership where they need the VIN) (I laughed because i found the parts online that it needed prior without the serial number just the model and I i sell car parts for a living) Anyways the geek squad tech leaves I contact help support they tell me as nicely as possible that there is nothing they can do and Samsung will be able to take care of you. I understand why you need the serial number to confirm that it is the same dishwasher that was sold, but best buy installed it, i have the receipt, and I pay $170 a year to make sure my appliances that I have bought are installed by best buy and correctly so of something like this happens I have the peace of mind that im going to be taken care of. At this point l, Samsung sent their tech out on 1/12 and said the parts will be in 10-14 days and i am not even sure if this guy who samsung subcontracts os going to charge me or not. I just know it needs fixed and I’ve spend 6 hours on the phone dealing with this from Best Buy and Samsung. This shouldn’t be this hard……
