    One of the standout aspects of this game is the attention to detail in capturing the essence of the original. From the charming 2D sprites to the iconic music, it’s a wonderful journey down memory lane for long-time fans. The game also adds some quality of life improvements, such as faster gameplay options, which make the overall experience more enjoyable.

    The battle system remains true to its roots, maintaining the turn-based mechanics and allowing for strategic battles with the vast array of Pokémon available. The inclusion of the Underground explained in more detail allows players to explore and enjoy multiplayer features such as secret bases, adding a new layer of fun and interaction.

    The updated graphics are a significant improvement, giving the game a refreshing look while preserving the charm and aesthetics that made Diamond so memorable. The attention to detail can be seen in character designs, environments, and Pokémon animations, making the game visually appealing.

    Great game and a great remake. A lot of people didnt like the Chibi style but it really isnt that bad and it definitely grows on you. All in all a beautiful game with great quality of life improvements. If youre a pokemon fan you will like this game. Worth picking up.

    Bought this for my nephew because Sinnoh was one of my favorite regions of pokemon growing up. He loved the game and I’m glad he got to relive some pf my fondest memories in HD.

    Kept to a lot of its roots. Fun region to go through. Worst thing is the moe like people and zooming in on cutscenes. The art is great for everything else. In battle is also great.

    The game itself is good, however the service at Fordham horrible.

    I went to pick up, told to wait ? I wait about 15 mins in one spot while that same worker is doing other stuff infront of me.

    I finally went up to someone else and told to go upstairs where I could finally get my game.
    Go to a different bestbuy not one in the Bronx , they clearly don’t care

    Good fun. The day I finally beat Cynthia was my proudest Pokémon game moment. Lots of post game activities too. However, getting the gems to catch all the legendaries gets tedious so I gave up on that part. (It’s a time suck, imo) A good challenge compared to other Pokémon switch games though and hours of fun and exploration.
