    Returned this radio because it was used and didn’t work. I was very disappointed because I was paying someone to install it. Thank god I had a back up, or I would have had a hole in the dash.

    Put in hooked up 2 weeks ago still can’t get the front /back speakers to sound better than what I currently have. Radio was scratched on the face right out of the box. Best buy could be a lot better with their online sales

    Overall good. this made my factory speakers sound better and works well with the kicker speakers I put in. I wish that there was a bigger pause button, that it displayed the radio readout information in smaller text so it could be read all at once instead of scrolling g, and that there was an option to stop Bluetooth auto play when you turn the car in. Overall quality unit for a fair price with good sound quality and customization options

    I purchased this radio on 3/9/20 with my 4YEAR  warranty. The radio was great until  1/5/23. The problem I had was the bt won’t pair with my phone the screen RBG  go in and out My music sometimes pause by its self So I decided to take it in to best Buy on Mayfield heights on 1/8/23. I walked in with my defective raido and went to the Greek squad customer service desk. I told the guy worker the problem. The guy got his manager James, and he explained to him what’s going on. James was very rude and told the guy to send off the raido so the Texas support company could fix the issue. I’m looking at the guy like wow… you didn’t even want to work with me on replacement. Now I have no raido in my vehicle for 2 weeks. I have to wait on Best Buy to say if they can fix it or not or get my money back. Think before you purchase the warranty just shaking my head.

    I bought this to replace the stock head unit in my daughter’s 2004 Nissan 350z which has the “premium” Bose system. This poses a little challenge because the factory system includes a pre-amp that expects more output from the head unit. In my research/experience most after-market head units typically pump out 2 volts for the pre-out. This Pioneer unit was perfect because its output is 4 volts which was enough to power for the pre-amp. This avoided having to use the speaker out which would have then required a line level intercept to clean to clean up the noise and reduce some of the power into the pre-amp.

    The other advantage for me was that this had 2 channels for pre-out so both L/R for front and rear, which helped avoid having to split the signal for our factory system.

    The Spotify integration is spotty and I can never get it to work with my Android phone. Seems to work fine for my daughter’s IPhone. Bluetooth is no issue – paired with both Android and IPhone on the first try.

    The Pioneer stereo and speakers are awesome! The sound is excellent in my ’94 F150. They did an excellent job on the installation. The tech went over all the features with me. I highly recommend BB for car audio.

    Very friendly staff, I often visit this store and the staff is so polite, generous and helpful. But the product I bought is not working properly that’s not anyone’s fault. Though I have a replacement facility. I know Pioneer since ages and this is the best company in automotive car stereo system. It can be manufacturing defect too.

    Excellent stereo for the price! Even has the subwoofer sound seperate from the overall bass. Meaning, you can tone down the bass without reducing the subwoofer.
