    This is the most sturdy tripod i have seen on the market, this works like a professional tripod and yet 1/4 of the weight! The Carbon Fiber is beautiful and the legs, parts, attachments all are high quality and will last a lifetime

    Expensive and a little heavy.. But the compactness is as advertised!! I was hesitant to purchase this at first due t the price, but it’s really hard to go back to a traditional tripod after this one. I got this mainly for the size along with convenience of the tripod head, and not having to purchase a quick-release plate, because it basically comes with one already. I also don’t need an L-Plate for MOST uses.

    I needed a reliable tripod that I can use for work. I heard about Peak Design for some time now and I use some of their other products. This tripod definitely helps my productivity and workflow while being out in the field. The downside is the weight in contrast to its carbon fiber sibling, which costs more than this version. I think that’s the trade-off, rather have a heavy tripod than spend extra money. Overall I highly recommend this tripod if you need to upgrade from your cheap $50 tripod you had for five years to something that can hold up with your outdoor-rugged photo/film shoots.

    Holy cow. This tripod is amazing! Peak Design really thought of everything when they made it. I know it’s expensive, but it’s an important piece of equipment and you’ll never have to buy another one again.

    Great & sleek design. Really sturdy tripod. Would give it a 5-star had it not been for the tripod head design. As a real estate photographer, the tripod head doesn’t have a pan only option which is not the best when trying to do panoramic/360 degree real estate shots.

    This is an extensive carbon fiber tripod, but you get what you pay for. If you have a premium camera, why wouldn’t you splurge for a premium tripod to support it?

    It takes some getting used to.. and it isn’t perfect.. but it’s really a great tripod for travel.
    It doesn’t favor heavier cameras all that much, but so far it’s held up quite well to everything I’ve thrown at it. I’m impressed with the amount of features this thing has and would definitely recommend.

    This tripod is absolutely worth it. I use it for content creation and it has everything I could ask. The swivel head can tilt completely sideways, its easy to pack up and break down, and super small but feels sturdy! I love the thoughtful features put into it like the hex key that locks into the tripod in case you need to put on/take off the plate.

    The ball head doesn’t let you shoot vertically at all types of angles. Kinda expensive for the tripod. Would wait for it to go on sale
